The room was really nice and clean and the location was great! The room was really spacious and there was a/c. The staff was really nice and helpful. They even let us leave our bags there for a few hours after check out :)

Maybe not the best idea to walk around at night alone. Since it's close to the train station there's a lot of sketchy people.

We were with 3 persons. The room was nice and clean. The accomodation had all the conveniences nearby, like metro- and trainstation, tramstop, bakery, small supermarkets and lunch/dining options. All within reach of just a few min. (3-8 min.) walk.

The room was next to the street. But anyway, during the night it was pretty quiet.

Great location, only 6min walk from the station and about 15mins to the colosseum! It was nice and clean, room was pretty big with great shower facilities. About 30min walk to the central/ tourist food area. We didn’t mind the area and felt pretty safe. Host was great and let us check in early

Location was great. Close to the subway and walking distance to the coliseum, and some others sightseeing.

The internet was a big disappointment. No stability, and very poor connection honestly.

When I said that wifi doesn’t work, they solved the problem in 10 minutes! Also they helpes us with stairs and suitcases. All good! Thanks!

- Building was noisy (room doesn't have sound isolation) - apparently the quilt is not being cleaned, I found a lot of hair on it (image) - The kettle was dirty, I heated some water, but some dirty came from it (image) - I informed two times that I would checkin at 1pm, but when I arrived nobody was there, I had to call and they came 1:30 pm

My family and I had a wonderful experience at B&B La Casa di Patty. The owners were delightful, eager to help us with everything we needed and very friendly! They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Fortunately, it was close to the city centre and to the Termini Station. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rome.

The property had everything you needed for the stay. Just a place to come back after a hard day's travelling

Bring ear plugs. The guests will probably be quiet but the traffic outside or the pedestrians outside won't be quiet.

Location was excellent, close to termini.staff was excellent and assisted with luggage.

We had front room. Cable car runs until midnight, though noise was not a dealbreaker. Lack of breakfast items for my taste. Be prepared to go to local cafes for breakfast.

Amazing location! It only takes 5-10 minutes to walk to Colosseum. The owner is extremely kind and polite, so you feel almost like at home. As two young girls who came to Rome alone, we felt incredibly safe there. The apartment itself has everything you need and they clean your room every day which is amazing. It’s located in a gorgeous building with indoor garden and fountain. Kudos to the owner for thinking of everything and truly making our stay feel comfortable in a foreign city. We will definitely be staying there again.

The wifi was a little slow, but we didn’t mind that too much as we were outside most of the time.
