Host was extremely friendly and everything from before check in to check out was smooth. As it was my first time in Rome she even gave me a map and explained how to view all the sights, which type of public transportation to take, where to eat, and where to avoid. Room was spacious and mostly clean.

Room could definitely use a light refresh. The shower head holder is broken and could use a new one. And pillows are flat as well and i had to stack both to make it feel like 1.

One of the standout qualities of this accommodation was undoubtedly the host herself. Her genuine sympathy and caring nature went above and beyond my expectations. She took the time to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. It's rare to encounter such hospitality, and her kindness truly made the experience worth the money. Moreover, the cleanliness of the space was impeccable. It was evident that great care had been taken.

Family atmosphere. Nunzia is a wonderful hostess, she welcomes you with kindness, helps you from minute 1 with directions and advice on where to go and what to do. It's like going to a friend's house

Staffs are very kind. They can speak English well, and give us good information for sightseeing. Our departure time was early, but they prepared typical Italian breakfast beforehand.The room is cute and clean.

To find the hotel is difficult. No large sign of the hotel was. It is difficult to find the hotel without google map.

The host is very attentive, caring and available. The accomodation is greatly located, I was able to go on foot almost everywhere, plus, I felt safe in there. The room was simply and fully equipped and clean.

Nancy is lovely! Very hospitable and remembered my name whenever we spoke. Always very helpful when I needed directions or assistance. Went to drop my bag early and she let me check in at 10am which was a massive help! Room is lovely. Small breakfast included of various pastries. Location is fantastic, very close to Termini and lots of restaurants to choose from nearby. You can walk to many attractions in under 20 mins. This B&B felt very homely and cosy, would definitely stay here again.

Owner Nunzia was amazing, the room was super clean, and near to the train station and just 20 min walking from Colosseum. I will definitely come back!

I was really pleased with my stay. Nunzia sent me a message prior to my arrival explaining how to get there from train station and it was easy to find it too. She’s such a kind and helpful host, makes you feel like you’re an actual guest in her property. Goes above and beyond. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Loved the court yard view as well. Wi-Fi was good too. I was very lucky to have met the hosts and I will definitely stay again next time I am in Rome.

This is a great little place with a wonderful, friendly and accommodating host. I has a lovely conversation with her and felt like old friends. Great location to hop on the trains.

i liked the location the most. very close to the train station. and the staff sent the map prior to my arrival which helped a lot to find the place.
