The staff was so nice. We were welcomed by Alex and he was very helpful and explained everything so well. We felt very welcomed. We were at first a little worried about the location, being so close to the bus station, which did feel a little sketchy at night, but we could walk to things pretty fast and there was great food options at the station and it made it easy to get a cab there. We also loved that there was orange juice and milk, cereal, and breads available.

We didn't know the space would be shared with another guest. We did have locked doors and private bathrooms but the kitchen was shared and the general space was shared. That felt a little uncomfortable especially because I had kids. We didn't see the other guest so I am not sure they was someone else staying there but there was another locked room in the space we shared.

We really like to stay near the Termini. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Around lots of shops nd restaurants. Across the street from Termini station, where there is very good food and services, nd great shopping. The host was exceptional. I mentioned that I was gluten free, he gave me a package of sweets and a loaf of gluten free. Read to keep in my room!!!! Coffee tea and hot chocolate is available all day. The breakfast is a self serve continental type, Ceareal, bread, milk, juice,preserves, cream cheese. Filled us up.

Nothing really,,,the property is great, just the area looks a bit sketchy,,dirty, walls filled with graffiti. We didn’t have any issues and didn’t feel unsafe,,,,

The place was so clean and amazing location near by rome termini and you can go anywhere you want.The room super clean and every two days changes towels,and ved sheets so was great

The location is perfect. 2 minutes from Termini Station. From where you can take a bus 8€ to the Fiumicino Airport 50 minutes. Then have a metro station close too 8 min. walking.

The neighborhood is not the best, it's dirty in the streets, you get the impression it's not safe, but actually nothing happened to us and we felt good. It's because the building are old and some people sleeping in the streets.

Very clean friendly quiet atmosphere. Heating works great, they offer standard breakfast and have open kitchen 24/07.

I believe they could reduce their margin and still be very competitive in the hospitality space in their area.

The guy cleaning the rooms was very good at his job . He cleaned the room perfectly and was always helpful and kind. The room was spacious and the beds very comfy

The only negative thing was the elevator which was kinda old and you had to manually close the doors

The guesthouse is clean and is in a good location to walk into Rome. Good air conditioning with private bathroom with stable water supplies.

Noisy with window open but not an issue as we had aircon.

Very close to the train station, the guesthouse has a sign so you can find it from the street. It is not classical hotel, but in Rome their are the same. It's a kind of big apartment with own bathroom. The stuff is very nice but don't work 24/7.

The noise from the street, probably it's the price being very close to the train station. The price was too much for this accomodation (Pasqua holidays 157€ per night is too much). The breakfast don't have very big choice.
