This accommodation was a good choice for my recent stay. The staff was incredibly helpful, allowing me to check in earlier than expected which was a lifesaver after a long journey. I also really appreciated the free luggage storage option after check-out - a huge kindness from the receptionist! There were a few things that could be improved upon, though. The kitchenette was a bit lacking in equipment - a few more basic utensils would have been great. Additionally, the room could have benefited from some extra lighting, particularly in the bathroom above the sink. It was a little dim when getting ready. Finally, some additional shelves and hooks on the walls would have been helpful for hanging clothes and keeping things organized. Despite these minor shortcomings, I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the free luggage storage was a lifesaver. I would recommend this accommodation with the suggestion that they consider adding a few more amenities to the kitchenette and improving the lighting in the bathroom.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel with my mom. The location is ideal, just a 20-minute walk to the Colosseum and 25 minutes to the Fountain. Our room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. While the teapot is located in the hall, we were able to use it freely

The only issue we encountered was that the administrator requested us to stay in one room for 2 nights and then move to another room for the remaining 2 nights.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the place was really really good especially if you want to use termini for travels (which we did as we visted other cities too not just Rome). An overall nice stay for the price and locstion

The elevator wasn't working and you could get stuck in it. Don't go alone outside if you are a woman and it's late at night

Location was great, a stone throw away from Termini station. Place is near transport, food etc. Host was friendly and helpful.

Good facilities in terms of plug sockets, aircon, fridge etc. Exceptional location, very close to the main station Roma Termini and so the metro. Staff was friendly. Very good value for money.

Shower could've been more clean and it was difficult to initially enter the building as I don't think the buzzer worked. However this was easily recfiied by ringing the number and the shower really wasn't a big issue.

Our room was simple but cosy and clean. As it's right near the Termini station, it was a little bit loud and the environment of the area is not the most pleasant, on the other hand, it was easy to reach different parts of the city. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

the property has an excellent location because it’s closed to the major train station in Rome (Rome Termini) and it has metro station and bus station as well (including the bus shuttle from the airport). The lady who was at the property was so helpful about everything! Before and after our stay she always answered all our messages which was very kind and helpful. The room were humble but very clean and comfortable and it was very worst for the price we paid. We were very happy for the choice we made for our stay in Rome! I asked if it was possible to have a birthday cake at our arrival and she thought about every detail and by the way the cake was delicious! It was the perfect reception to arrive in Rome! Thank you so much 😊

This was one of the best places we stayed in, the owner is such a sweet lady and everything was perfect and it was very safe.

The room was very clean, staff helped us every time we needed, also they made our bed and took the trash out every day, which is awesome. The staff is very friendly and even brought us a glass for our own soap, that was very nice of them. The location is also pretty cool, it takes 20min to the Colosseum, 25min to the Trevi Fontain, 5 min to the national museum, 1min to Termini station. There is also a tiny kitchen, but we never used the microwave or stove, although we always took some glasses or plates to our room to have breakfast. I really liked we had a fridge in our room.
