Very good location of the hotel, close to the railway station, metro station, bus station. It's great that there is a lift to get up to the 4th floor quickly. The size of the room is good. We were very pleased with the mini fridge in the room. The bed was comfortable, big enough, we were comfortable. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. On check in we were given a full itinerary to explore the city with recommendations which were very helpful. Unfortunately we didn't have time to visit the restaurant, but we will be back and make up for it then. The room was cleaned and tidied up every day.

The emergency exit light in the room is bright, very disturbing at night, and the air conditioning knob is also brightly lit in the dark. The trellis was missing slats. No soundproofing. Last night they were noisy in the corridor and then in the next room, had to be told to be quieter at night. The toiletries did not come in wall-mounted dispensers, but in tiny bottles, which is not environmentally friendly, just like the towels that are wiped off daily. There was only a bin in the bathroom, although there should be a separate bin in the room.

The hotel is a stone's throw away from the Termini station with a variety of trattoria/ristorante options in walking distance. Room gets cleaned daily with fresh new towel. Staff is accommodating.

Our bed is a 2x single beds pushed together without a topper so it tends to make a hole in the middle which is quite annoying. There's no curtain but the room has outdoor blinds. There's no way to control the temperature of the AC (it gets too cold). Like the other reviews, walls and doors are paper thin.. we can hear conversations in the hallway and the stamping from the floor above.

The room is beautiful and very clean. The bathroom is quite spacious and nice. The location is great, just a 2 to 3 minute-walk from Roma Termini.

The lady in the front desk got irritated when I asked 2-3 times where the switch for the main door going out is. She said a couple of times that it was “below the gate” but there was no switch there. When my husband asked again, she made a face. That is disappointing and quite rude. It turned out the switch to the main gate is BEHIND the wall, NOT below the gate as she stated. She could have stood up from where she was siting and just pointed it out to us. Obviously, there was incorrect use of prepositions / words (below and behind). Anyway, the entire stay and the room was really alright except for the lady’s reaction to us.

The location of the hotel is truly incredible. The hotel is old, but it seems to have undergone a major renovation, the rooms seemed recently renovated and everything was very new. The accommodation was pleasant, the bed was good and the room was a good size, with a cooling system and a large window.

The shower was not very pleasant, although it was new and had LED lights, it didn't produce much water. I would change the LED lights for more water. It's a shame there was no breakfast. And regarding the mandatory tourist tax, I don't remember being informed in advance by the hotel. They could have warned me.

The location was fantastic. 1 block from Rome Terminal.20min from Trevi and Spanish steps. So many restaurants around too The room was clean, light and you could get fresh air and natural light into the room. We felt secure and could swing a cat, the room was so large. The water pressure was good considering it has to travel upto lv 3 The staff were fantastic and happy to see us when we finished our day.. They also own the restaurant next door(?) Which you must go eat there (yum food at great prices but it was the wonderful warm staff)

If anything, we had no tea/coffee making facilities

Located just 3 minutes away from Roma Termini, the hotel boasts an excellent location. The staff was very helpful; upon our arrival, they provided us with a comprehensive overview of the local tourist attractions along with a map and plenty of useful information. Adjacent to the hotel, Valentino restaurant offers delicious traditional Italian meals at reasonable prices. They also have a very delicious wine. Mr. Valentino, both the owner of the hotel and the restaurant, charmed us with his guitar performances every evening at the restaurant.

We booked a double superior room with the picture showing a big room with good space, but was given a slightly smaller one.

Great location. 2 minutes from train/bus station. Room was spacious, clean. Didn't book breakfast as plenty places to eat in and around.

Member of staff who we had not met was very rude on our return to the hotel on our last evening. (10pm) Gate was locked so we were unsure how to gain entry. Softy shouted to anyone who may have been at reception. Female appeared & said we were noisy! And continued to complain to us about her other guests sleeping. We had never been given a key for the outer gate, so how were we to know! However, the other members of staff were very helpful and polite.

The location was perfect for a quick trip in Rome. Close to the train station! We were greeted by a member of staff who was so helpful. He gave us a map and labeled everything we'd want to see as it was our first visit. It was much cheaper than other hotels and if you don't mind a walk, all the landmarks are walkable from the hotel! Metro stations are also nearby if needs be.

A minor thing, the beds could have been softer but that's a personal preference!

The guy, Luca was very friendly and cheerful. He always has smile. Anyway, the location of the hotel is excellent. Only 5 mins walk to train, metro and bus station. Easy to get to and from airport. Walking distance to many attractions. It would be better if guests can control the AC or heat. There are no cups or coffee machine. Daily cleaning is good. I requested a quiet room so the room is quiet for me. Thanks.

The young lady was very rude. Kept questioned us why we didn’t report the water temperature issue on our first day but waited till the third day!! We just wanted to report the issue when we had time and couldn’t bear anymore as water was not hot enough for the first 2 nights. She kept challenging us why you didn’t report on the 1st day.

We got upgraded to a deluxe room upon arrival which was a great valentines present for me a my partner, it was modern style, white finish with a huge bed, Samsung curved TV and a beautiful selection of lighting

It was quite hard to find as it didn’t have a distinctive sign and the water temperature wasn’t as hot as it could of been
