the room was very tidy and the people were nice. the location was very convenient as it was in the middle of the city and was infront of the train station, many restaurants and nice views. adnan and adolf were very nice and helped us a lot especially when we got robbed and the hotel key went missing

the check in was a bit annoying as there are 2 different locations u need to go to to check in the hotel.

Perfect location near Termini train station. Small but very well organized place with everything necessary for a few nights stay. Kind and helpful host.

I travel to Italy several times a year and always look for a room near Termini so that I can be close to the station to make my way around the country. This was an unexpected gem. Yes, there are a number of locked doors to get to the room, however, I appreciate this level of security since I travel alone most of the time. The location is excellent and the staff is very friendly. I will definitely be returning!

Location: less than 5min walk to Roma Termini where food, train, buses are. Security: In a safe building with lock from front door, "reception", and rooms Cleanliness: Someone cleans and tidy up our room daily, replaced toiletries Staff: friendly Facilities: Bed is king size and comfy. Have enough space for luggages. Bathroom/toilet is decent size.

Check-in: we waited outside while it was raining and the doorbell does not seem to work. Had to make a call but since I am on roaming, reception is a bit bad. Had to send a message via booking.com. Someone came eventually but he came from different location, not inside the property itself.. Towels: 5 days 4 nights, only one set of towels given. No fresh towels provided B&B: this is bed only, no breakfast Aircon: Rome is quite humid and the aircon does not really work even on the lowest temp setting. Our room is hot.

The apartments are located near the train station, a very convenient location. Within walking distance to the city center and all attractions. The apartments are clean, daily cleaning, soap and shower gel are provided. There are no cutlery or equipment, only a kettle. In winter in December the heating was on and it was warm. We didn't order breakfast.

The only drawback was that there was not always hot water in the shower.

Adnan was a welcoming host and was able to check me in quite late in the evening. The location is perfect for people wanting quick access to the train station. I had a small room that was fit for my purpose of just staying over for one night. AC worked beautifully and the area was quiet despite the close proximity to a lot of traffic. Loads of little restaurants around and only a 20min walk from the Colosseum. I was travelling with a small dog which is a huge plus for the host for accepting any.

Ability to prepare any food in the room is a no go and there's nothing to use for eating takeaways or alternatively washing your own cutlery. If I wanted to stay more than one night, I might ask for a more spacious room. No breakfast included, so more comparable to an Airbnb than a hotel. Finally, there's no clear sign to locate the B&B so you need to look for the building number which is a bit tucked away.

The location is the best, very short walk to Roma Termini and not very far from other tourist attractions.

Location was excellent. A block from the train station. Did a few tours so had to taxi to meeting places but nonetheless the location was great even if you’re walking I’m supposing.

We didn’t have shutters on our window so couldn’t open it for a length of time because of possible birds etc flying in which I doubt would’ve happened but at night it would’ve been nice to sleep with window open.

Great location near the Termini station, from where you can easily reach the airport by train in 30 minutes. Staff was extra nice and let us check in early. They give you baggage storage free of charge which is great if your plane departs late at night and you have all day to wander around the city.
