Loved the area, very central to everything. It made navigating the city feel like breeze. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was totally worth it.

The only thing I could critique is the area around the hotel after 8-9 o clock. Was informed by multiple locals that the area can get a little seedy. As an American I felt safe but who knows maybe I was just lucky. Felt very comfortable going out after dark. Women may be catcalled. Also be careful about the atms around the hotel, there are card skimmers on a few of them.

The hotel provided a sanctuary for us from the danger of being pick-pocketed throughout the city by highly skilled and organized gangs. It is the only place where we could relax, feeling safe. The staff was very professional. The hotel dealt remarkably well with serving breakfast to tour groups without impeding the breakfast for our small group of 3. The hotel called a taxi for us several times, which worked very well.

A small point. The hotel should have a better system for keeping room keys when the guest leaves the room key with the receptionist, not putting it just anywhere on the desk. One time the receptionist could not find our key and insinuated that we had not dropped it off when we left the hotel.

We had travelled a long way and our room was ready when we got there, we were so grateful. Staff always friendly and obliging , fabulous location, breakfast great. Very clean and comfortable

I wouldn’t say didn’t like but just a suggestion. A washing machine in the hotel( that you had to pay to use) would have been such a bonus. Also somewhere you could sit within the hotel to enjoy a drink. We only had one chair in the room so someone had to sit on the bed.

The location is great as it is right next to the train and bus station. Despite needing some extra care the hotel and staff were great for our family holiday.

The hotel could use some tender loving care with renovations and painting. All the plants in the breakfast room on the top floor were dead. They could have at least been replaced. There were marks on the walls in the bedroom which could have been cleaned at least until it’s painted. The bathroom was nice but the mirror was chipped and on the ceiling in the corner there was mould. This did not give a good impression for a four star hotel.

Overall the hotel was a great pick - stylish rooms, clean bathroom, good breakfast but best of all... the staff! The staff were extremely helpful, kind and friendly. They went out of their way to assist us with our sightseeing and travelling and we were always welcomed back by a friendly face. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone travelling to Rome.

The hotel is very close to the metro station, which is great for getting around. However it also means that the area around the block may be a bit dodgy and shady at night. In fact, we were warned by various locals not to linger alone late outside at night in the area.

Room is good size and comfortable. They prepared 3 beds for us per my request which is nice. The shower system was very nice too! Location is really convenient. You can walk to everything. Right by the train station yet not noisy. Staff was nice and helpful. Overall, everything went well for our stay!

Breakfast could be more variety. The noise when you use the room key to push open the door could be quite startling for someone inside. Maybe they should make the noise go away when opening the door?

We booked this hotel after we had to extend our stay in Rome two extra days. The hotel has recently had a major overhaul with new elevators which actual stop on your floor. The AC was great and the rooms were very quite and comfortable. The location was next to the Roma Termini train station but the rooms were very quite. Highly recommend it traveling around Italy by train.

Everything was more than acceptable

Location is excellent and I have pinned it for future trips. Room is clean and cozy. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is located in roof very good views and good variety.

The room heater was on but luckily windows could be opened to overcome the heat. Water heater in shower is not always on or not enough for 2 persons so we had to split shower time.

Room was nicely furnished and exceptionally clean. I had a room on the fourth floor that faced into the inner courtyard and it was very quiet at night. Hotel itself felt safe. Lots of options at breakfast.

I was a solo female traveller. Surrounding area didn’t feel very safe in places but at the same time there is lots of people around and was okay walking around in the evening time.

The location of this hotel was excellent, right across the street from the main train terminal. The included breakfast was outstanding and offering some hot items, cold items, fruit, juices, and pastries. The room was very comfortable and had everything you need. Beds were very comfortable also. They will store your luggage if you arrive early.
