It was clean, towels were tied up with the ribbon, Bed is comfortable,balcony was spacious enough, the shower had a good water pressure, but most of all- this room had a lot of mirrors and even a full size one😊 that was a great thing to have, as so few hotels I stayed in had barely small one in the bathroom. Location was chosen specifically because it was located within 5 min walk to Termini, as I had an early morning flight ,it was important to me to reach the bus to the airport as fast as possible. Thank you, I would love to stay longer in that room.

The streets are not very safe especially at night, nonetheless, it is located quite close to everywhere. Have to admit, I have never seen amazing and super safe neighborhood around the central station in any country I stayed. The walls between the rooms are quite thin, so you could hear voices a little, but it did not bother me much, I had good neighbours

The accommodation was great and clean, the staff was friendly and the location was great.

A few days after the reservation, I received a message from the hotel through the Booking application that I have to pay the same amount again in order to confirm the reservation and that it will be refunded after that, even though I paid the amount without tax immediately during the reservation. It was a hacker attack where my credit card information was stolen. The hotel manager told me that this had already happened to one of their clients. So beware of these scams because they may continue. Thanks to my bank and the police, I managed to get my money back. Booking's Customer Service did not respond at all to my complaints regarding the aforementioned situation.

Location

The water ran out of the showerhead at the same volume as coming out of a straw. Also, there was no hot water. It was cold water to take a shower. Also, the refrigerator did not work and spoiled some food we put inside. The man who was in charge of the front desk, could not speak English and was unable to help help us.

I have stayed in this hotel two times and plan to stay there futher on. The location is superconvinient if you travel by plane or train. The stuff is helpful and nice and helpful in every wat, the cost/benefit ratio is great.

I liked everything, one time there was a problem with water in the shower not strong enough for me, apart from it everything was super for this price.

Excellent for the price. The hotel itself was clean, the stairs etc could have been better. It's definitely not the most quiet location in Rome, but with the windows closed very doable, Situated perfectly for sightseeing, or if you have an early flight or train to catch. I didn't have breakfast because I had to leave at 4 am, but it looked very nice. Beautiful intarsia on some of the wood panels in the room

The hotel was at a great location, if you want to get around Rome this is the best place as it is close to the main train/bus station. Super friendly staff that helped us with everything we needed, we felt welcome and at ease.

The location was fantastic, right near Roma Termini and also within walking distance of multiple metro stops.
