Sergio the manager was wonderful. He was so friendly and helpful, probably the best hotel receptionist we have ever had the pleasure to encounter. The hotel was very close to the Termini train station so getting around Rome on public transport was easy. It was also walking distance to the Colosseum. Sergio also gave us a fantastic recommendation for dinner. The restaurant was next to the hotel and so good we went for dinner each night we were there.

The streets between the hotel and the Termini station were not a pleasant experience and did not do Rome or the hotel justice. Too many people hanging around on the streets or in doorways.

The hotel is very easy to find and convenient to walk to the Colosseo. Access to Termini for public transit is very convenient as well. Lots of decent food options within a few minutes walking distance around the station, and better if you walk a little further. The staff are very friendly.

As other reviews say, the rooms and the entire hotel do get quite warm. This can be mitigated by cracking the window open to air out the room or running the AC. Walls are also very thin. Bring earplugs just in case.

Was well Situated Within walking distance of lots of things to see lovely places to eat, Buses, trams the metro, trains all 5 minutes walk to the station, lots of places to get an icecream 😄.

If there was a negative maybe some of the pavements where a little uneven, But cobbled streets mainly down the centre off the roads.

1. Location - Very close to Termini. Easy to travel by Metro and easy-access to shuttle buses from/to the airport. Perfect for short-stays! 2. Safety - Secured from the outsiders. 3. Quiet - Rooms are not directly facing roads. Hence, you will have an excellent rest and sleep. 4. Clean - Rooms are well-cleaned everyday. 5. Staff - Shoutout to MR. SERGIO, a very customer-service oriented host. Very accommodating and he is there to help from the moment you communicate upon booking until you checked-in and check-out. He made me feel at home. I will definitely come back. 6. Value for money - You get what you pay for the location, cleanliness, safety.

1. Perhaps not a big deal - the property is old but well-maintained. Not a 24/7 reception but this is common in Italy. Communication is the key and you’ll be fine.

Location is great and super close to the train station. We stayed only for a night and did self check-in but it was very easy to follow the instructions. Room is spacious and has very high sealing.

We wanted to store our backpacks in the hotel after check out. However, there was no dedicated room and we were told that we could only store them in the corridor. Therefore, we had to search for another locker in the city.

It's really close from the train station and you could walk to every tourist spot in Rome. The rooms were clean, the bathroom was nice. There are a few nice restaurants outside.

Pay attention that reception is not open 24h. Although we arrived very late in the night, we did not have any problems since the manager sent us all the instructions to enter to the building.

Sergio was extremely nice and helpful .The breakfast had everything you need except the fact that it was tipical for italian style-a lot of sweets .As location is near the train station-a walk away and the restaurant downstairs has the best grilled calamari.The room was very clean with AC

Despite the great location near hop-on hop-off station, train station, shuttle bus station the security of that particular area wasn t the best you can find in Rome.No incidents but don t recommend a walk after dark.

Nice small hotel 3 min from the Termini station. Very nice staff, clean rooms, good WiFi. Lots of cafes around. Big bed, good linen . Small fridge. towels provided.

Small shower area, noise from the street, Aircon for rent 5 euro per day (just bear in mind when planning)

The hotel is perfectly located near the station with plenty of restaurants around it. It is situated near famous attractions and the hop on hop off bus station. It is a budget room so we expected it to be very basic, but it is surprisingly clean. The staff cleans the room and changes towels daily. The hotel is very secure. The reception staff Sergio is exceptional. He's very friendly and accommodating.

The noise outside when you leave the window open at night even if your room is not facing the main road. It didn't bother us much. We just kept the window closed and the problem was solved.

This small hotel is part of a traditional old large building with a courtyard minutes from Termini Station . Easy access and elevator without having to climb stairs . Sergio was great and very welcoming . The place was perfect for a short stay in Rome Close to great restaurants and historical sites .
