The room was clean. Breakfast was just enough for us and the location is superb as it is near the main train station and a ten minute brisk walk will get you to the centre.

The only thing that bothered us was the tram passing right under the window. We had to keep the windows closed almost at all times even though we were on the fifth floor.

Great central location. Cozy atmosphere. We had a nice corner room with windows on 2 sides exactly as pictured on Booking.com. Bathroom was very big. Shower head needed to be changed and was replaced immediately, even though it was a Saturday.

Breakfast was a little too plain, can definitely be improved. Water temperature was inconsistent. Beds were not comfy, so we had to put some blankets under the sheet, and then it was OK. Noisy at night (no fault of the hotel, of course), but if you are looking for a quiet place, you need to choose another location.

Perfect location, very clean good size room and ensuite shower room with bidet. Everything in perfect working order including the fridge in the room. Antique lift completely noiseless in perfect working order, it was a joy to use it. Very good wifi signal in the room Breakfast was included, and was good value for money. We didn't watch tv in the room, as after a whole day of sightseeing only had the energy left to catch up with friends and family on Facebook. Didn't use the aircon either as it wasn't too hot outside, and sleeping with open windows was completely comfortable.

This hotel was in a great location for the train and bus stations making getting around very easy. The staff were very friendly. The building was lovely in view of it's age. The lift absolutely fascinated me as I've not seen a working lift of this age before. The breakfast was simple with danish, doughnuts, breads, cornflakes, yoghurt, boiled eggs and of course tea and coffee - the waitress didn't speak English but she was very nice, kept items stocked up.

Unfortunately just because a building is old it shouldn't be so dusty. The stair banisters and rails were very bad. Our shower was showing signs of mould and the cord was really mouldy. A little decorating wouldn't go a miss.

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location near Termini station and metro. It was very easy to access all main sites. Plenty of small shops and eating places in the neighbourhood. Room was clean with a hot shower and comfortable beds. Fine breakfast.

the hotel is really close to the termini station, there is the breakfast included, rooms and bed were really comfortable, there is conditioned air and downstairs the machine with water near the reception available 24/24

Good location, friendly staff, room decor was a bit dated.

It doesn't say Hotel Dina on the outside.

The bath towels not the normal ones most Hotels comes with. And the TV channels could have at least one in English (movie or news)

An old and elegant hotel close to Termini Roma. A brilliant breakfast too. I found this hotel late after missing my connection but found a gem and will return when in Rome
