After reading previous reviews I was honestly preparing for the worst. But oh boy were we pleasantly surprised!! The building itself has different hotels on all levels. They seem to be all under the same owner/operation. We booked for a room in hotel Termini but were given a room on level 4 with a different name. The room was super spacious!! Large wardrobe with a full length mirror and a practical bathroom. It’s one of the best rooms we have had on our backpacking trip. Our level only had 3 rooms and a large open dining area with a lot of seating. Which we used for eating take away pizza etc. Would stay again!

Not being advised of city tax when booking. We arrived and had to pay 30 euros cash. Understand it’s a thing but some warning would’ve been nice as in having cash in hand for check in… Aircon was average and hardly cooled the room but it was bearable. Fridge was super small wouldn’t fit a large water bottle. Also a kettle in the room would’ve been ideal.

Top location: 2 minutes walking from Roma Termini. Loads of shops and eateries around. About 25 minutes walking from the Colosseo and the Trevi fountain. There is a Carrefour Express @ Via del Viminale and a Penny market @ Via Liberiana. My room was on the 6th floor and there was an elevator. Room was refurbished and clean. Water from the shower was warm. Wall isolation was not good so it can be noisy. There was a water kettle to share in the hallway.

Location is very good - near Termini Station, with perfect connection to all transport ways (railway, metro, bus, hop on hop off) lot of restaurants around and supermarkets. For a 2* room, we found all necessary things - minibar, a small tv, nice bed, good quality for sheets and towels.

It's not a minus, but it would be nice to have some plates and glasses, maybe one coffee machine in the common "lobby".

We came to stay at Termini following an unexpected flight delay for 2 days. The staff was incredibly helpful and accomodating. They got us a room for not only 1 day, but 2, and we had immediate access to the room vs. having to check luggage and come back later. The staff also helped coordinate a taxi ride to the airport at 4 am on the day of our flight. Overall it was an exceptional experience and the staff made it that way.

Location is excellent - 2 min walk from Termini Central Train station. Staff was very helpful and room was a very spacious good size and clean. A iron was provided Water was always hot Toilet had a bidet Property has a lift Breakfast restaurant right below the Hotel Plenty of shops and other restaurants in the area 10 min walking distance from the Colloseum 5 min from Basilika Saint Mary Major

Wonderful location, 2 minutes walk from Termini station. Green line sightseeing bus stops right in the front of the hotel(super convenient). Room was spacious, very clean. Bathroom was spotless clean with hairdryer and all toiletries that we needed. We stayed in January, the room was warm, there are blankets available, but we didn't need one. We will definitely come back!

Location is fantastic, by walk everywhere. Room was clean every day. Clean towels. Clean room, clean all. A lot of police so actually I felt safe. Lift available. Hot water! Fridge in room. Tv Air conditioner Safe Worth staying for this price

Homeless people around, unfortunately but its main train station so I'm not surprised. You can everything behind wall unfortunately but we'll old building I Guess.

It was very clean, the rooms were good size and fairly comfortable. The staff was helpful when we asked them something.

There was no internet in the rooms, just in the common area, which also sometimes didn't work. They could really fix that. The location is good, but bare in mind it is close to Termini station and there are a lot of immigrants and people living on the street around the hotel.

Location was excellent for me as I was catching an early train. I had a late check in and the night concierge was exceptionally polite and helpful although under pressure from a rowdy drunk guest. The following morning after checking out they promptly txt me to tell me I'd left my credit card behind. Great team, rooms quiet, warm and clean, rrreeeaaallly comfortable bed and great en suite. Can't fault it.

The neighbourhood looked a little rough at 1am when I arrived but I expected that with such proximity to Roma Termini.

Facilities were clean, bedding and towels clean. Fresh towels provided daily. Well air-conditioned, comfortable room. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful and also communicated to check arrival time.

Water temperature in shower fluctuated. A kettle and some coffee would be great.
