Perfect communication with the hotel staff. All information we needed were wery well communicated. The room was clean, very nice and spacious enough for 2 adults nad 1 child. Despite the location was not the best, the advantage was we had only 5mins to get to the train station to get a train to the airport. Also close to the city centre.
The breakfast was not what was promised. Also, the location was not great. We, as a family with a 6 year old child, had a room in a higher floor. I do recommend to book rooms in higher floors where the noise from the streets is not that big.

ROOM: Beautiful modern design rooms. VERY comfortable bed and pillows! FACILITIES: Fully automatic, hassle free experience with the digital checkin/checkout. No room key/card to loose: only code! Free large lockers in the basement are useful. PLUS: Coffee, tea and refreshers in the room next to the kettle and coffee machine. PRO TIP: Don't forget to pick up in the basement your extra toilet paper and fresh towels if you need them!
SHOWER: 3 out of 6 times the shower was running only cold water. VERY unpleasant experience after a long day exploring the city. However the Customer Service was reachable after bypassing the chatbot on Whatsapp, finally they did NOT send anyone to check/fix the cold water situation. They didn't even get back to us, fully disregarding our problem. AREA: Not a very safe neighbourhood! Near the Termini train station, lot of weird people hanging around – especially during night time. NOT recommended for solo females travellers or group of young females!

The interior, the facilities, the bed.
The area is a little dangerous at night. We were contacted a couple of days before our stay that there is an issue with the water pressure and it could be that its not resolved until we'd come and we're given the option to cancel the booking for free. A day prior to our trip we called the hotel to see what the case was and they reassured us that our room was not affected by the issue and that it was an automatic email to all customers. Unfortunately all 4 days the water pressure was extremely low and the temperature unstable, so taking a shower was a challenge.. we contacted them twice and both times they said that they are aware of the problem and that the technicians are working on that. If we knew that we'd have trouble taking a shower we would have indeed cancelled the booking.

The place is in a great location, right next to Termini, with super easy 24-hour check-in. The room was clean, but it had a very strong tobacco smell that was hard to tolerate.

Very cozy, well-designed and fresh room, location is convenient: near the Termini station, not so far from the old city (20 min of walk). Nice compliment to have a snack and drinks included, and coffeemachine🤗 The service is top and fast via Whattsapp. I had a problem with access to the room but it was immediately fixed. Good quality wifi. I booked a tiny room, for me traveling as a single, it was quite enough to have a breakfast and a sleep. Gorgeous 😍
- It was very cold inside in December. - Maybe for someone it can be noisy outside as the location is near the bus and train stations with numerous shops and cafes. But when you have an early flight, it's very reasonable to accommodate in this apartment.

The room seemed newly refurbished and was very cosy. It was quite small but perfectly set up and I didn't feel there was a lack of space. You could go downstairs and grab more tea/coffee/towels etc at any time which was great. The location is super convenient and I didn't feel unsafe at all. I would definitely come back and recommend this place!
There was a bit of a smell coming from the sink but it wasn't too bad. The area is a bit dodgy but again this is normal as it is a big city and close to the main station. It's a very short walk from the station and since it's do central there always seemed to be people around (which did make it a bit noisy at night but i dont mind this much and they do provide ear plugs). There were no 'weird' people in front of the gate and in any case you can go through the restaurant most times. For context: I never came home later than 11 PM but was travelling alone.

The location was great, one block from the train station which goes directly to the airport. The AC worked well and was necessary given the extreme heat. The room was small but fine for one person and has a mini fridge for beverages and snacks. I also really liked the self-serve coffee pods and towels since I tend to drink at least two cups of coffee a day and could do so easily. The laundry machines need a bit of maintenance and the dryer takes forever but it’s free and did what it needed to do.
The bed was so firm it felt like I was being pushed off of it so I did not sleep well. The entrance through the restaurant is awkward but you get used to it.

Everything became easily accessible once our PIN was set up properly. The room was clean and well decorated, and the location was excellent; being close to Termini made using public transportation extremely convenient for getting anywhere.
There needs to be better signage on the property for the entrances and reception area. The directions led us to the attached restaurant, and we completely missed the small reception desk tucked away in a different hallway. It was hard to find, especially since no one was there at the time, and only a button with a sign indicating “working hours” was visible. Additionally, the room we booked was oddly shaped. Although we reserved the medium room, the layout made it feel extremely cramped and small.

We had a great stay at Numa Roma Linea! The location is super convenient—just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around really easy. The room was clean, modern, and beautifully designed. A perfect spot for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Rome.
While the hotel itself was clean and well-managed, the surrounding area at night felt a bit sketchy. Being so close to the station, there were often loud groups and people loitering nearby, which made us feel slightly uneasy at times. Great location during the day, but just be mindful if you’re walking around late.

The room we got was exactly like the one in the pictures, which I found very pretty, so we really liked it! We had a great stay and I don’t have any complaints. Although our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, we received a free upgrade to a superior/larger room, which was a nice surprise. This is a more modern, “electronic” hotel, so you receive your PIN code and all check-in details via WhatsApp and e-mail. It was our first experience at a PIN-entry hotel, so I felt a bit nervous at first, but everything went smoothly. We did the online check-in on the morning of our arrival by uploading our IDs, and then we received the entry PIN, which we could use from that moment until the day we left. Even after check-out, the PIN remains active until 8:00 PM for accessing the lockers and facilities on level -1. When we arrived at the property, we still had to show our IDs at the physical reception, available daily between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. You can access the hotel through the restaurant or another entrance, both are explained clearly in their messages. We didn’t choose the breakfast option, so I can’t comment on that. Also, keep in mind that during short stays, they don’t provide cleaning (this is clearly specified in multiple places). Still, at level -1, you have access to shared amenities: a bathroom, trash bins, lockers, and a “necessary closet” stocked with fresh towels, coffee pods, tea, condensed milk, earplugs, toilet paper, etc. There’s also a laundry machine with detergent pods, a dryer, and an ironing station, which is very convenient! I had read many reviews mentioning noise, but in our experience it wasn’t a problem. Maybe we were lucky not to have immediate neighbors, but as a VERY light sleeper, I only heard brief hallway noise at night when guests were passing by, once in their rooms, it was quiet. Other than that, we only heard seagulls from time to time (we stayed on the 6th and top floor).
Not really a complaint, because there wasn’t a lot of foot traffic during our stay, but the only available elevator was quite slow, which could be a problem during busier periods.
