Although the area around the hotel becomes suspicious in the evening for staying there, the proximity of Termini and the hotel is really convenient, so there is no need to worry about arriving safely at the hotel. The staff was friendly. Daily cleaning and tidying of the room, change of towels. Breakfast is simple but satisfactory, cleanliness at its best. The entrance to the hotel building has security elements such as cameras, iron fences controlled by the reception 24/7. The lobby had the strongest wi-fi, so we could do flight check-in and other tasks there.

Suggestion - stronger wi-fi in the room.

This train terminal adjacent property surprised me by being very clean and everything worked, including the humans on staff! For over 100 €/night, i wish i had more; i also dropped my reading glasses off the bedstand and inspected under the bed to retrieve them without getting the heebeejeebees or needing a disinfectant solution before putting them on again. October is cool enough that the working balcony shutters remained open all night. The center-city/KFC smell from the street below might be different at other times of the year. They kept my luggage safe for a couple hours after checkout.

I don’t like that the metropolitan costs are inflated so that this remarkably clean but aged accommodation adjacent to the transit terminal gets mediocre scores. If you’re craving time-spent in a hotel room, this is not for you (so please keep saving money to get something like that). If you need a clean room to crash and a hot shower, the Concorde exceeded my expectations.

The room was very clean, air conditioning worked pretty well after being on for a while. Nice little balcony, the smell of food didn’t bother me at all. I found the bed to be very comfortable and slept extremely well, surprisingly quiet. The shower worked well and when we asked for more towels we received them. Interacted with many staff members, all of them were very kind and helpful. Good location, decent breakfast, would recommend for the price, would also stay again.

You do have to leave your room keys with the front desk every time you leave, but as the staff are friendly it didn’t bother me too much. Couldn’t charge our devices as we brought the wrong adapters, but this was more our issue lol.

It was an amazing stay. I do not understand other comments. Yes, the area is the Rome station, but that is why you go there, to be at the station! We had an upper room with 3 beds, a terrace, early checkin for free (at 7 am what hotel gives you the room ?? ) and breakfast included * at checkin. We checeek in at 7am, and out at 4 am, so we did have breakfast the first morning. I never had that at any other stay ! The airport bus stop is 5 minutes away. It was an amazing help this hotel in our stranded 24h stay in Rome!

The AC unit is undersized, but to complain that it's too hot on a rooftop room in Rome in the middle of summer is just stupid.

The room, lobby, bathrooms, eating area were clean so the staff did a very good job. Every day someone came in and cleaned the room and replaced used shower gel (if you can call it that :-) - was too little). We had a breakfast, the other reviewers are correct with describing it.

What the hotel can do - the wifi was horrible; the breakfast could have been better. Outside the hotel is very loud, better to sleep with the windows closed (AC works). Also, just in front of the hotel there are 3 "tents" where you can buy cheap - and poor quality - clothes - it gives the impression of a non-safety area and also leaves a lot of trash at the end of their shift. Actually I think that this is also something that the hotel can do: talk to the other hotels in the same building, call the police and move the traders away.

This hotel is conveniently located, very close to the main train station and close to shops, restaurants and many local attractions. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were pleasant, helpful and even assisted us with our language. The breakfast was amply, consisting of a variety of food- mostly cold.

The elevator stops on the 5th floor and that is where the reception desk is for checking in/out but our room was on the 6th floor and there was no elevator to that floor. However the staff did help us by taking our luggage up and down the stairs. The mattress on the bed was slightly lumpy and uncomfortable and we had some difficulty adjusting the air-conditioner in the room

Location location location it's one block from Rome central station lots of restaurants in the area and plenty of supermarkets and other types of shops in the area Easy transport access to the tourist attractions around Rome and within walking distance to some tthem

Nothing good value for money

The staff were helpful and friendly especially the lovely lady who sorted breakfast and cleaned the room. Breakfast was great get on the go fresh and simple food. Location great right around the corner from Termini train station.

No kettle in room! this is a big deal for people like us who drink lots of hot drinks we even bring our own coffee and sugar everywhere we go. You can get drinks from a machine in reception which is handy but you have to pay 70 cent each cup and only fills half a cup. This is a big let down for us.

Really good location in the nearby of the Termini Station, non-stop reception desk. We enjoyed the breakfast with delicious coffee, buns and cornettos. The breakfast was really more than adequate for the price of the accommodation.

We have been in the rooftop room with very weak insulation and although we used air-conditioning for heating there was really cold air inside. No additional blankets were available. So, not a comfortable place when temperatures fall down.

Location is very good, you can visit whole Rome by walking. Room is comfortable, good and clean. Breakfast is typical Italian. Host are very polite and villing to help. You can leave your bagage after check out, and come back when you have to leave. You can pay by card or cash.

The only thing that I didn't like is that you can not reach the hotel via email or booking message.
