Location is only few minutes walk to Roma Terminal, bus and metro. It was so convenient for me who used public transportation mainly. The street around the hotel was noisy at night with shouting, fighting sometimes that you can see from the windows but the room has pretty good enough sound proof. We didn’t go out at nighttime so it won’t bother us at all. Breakfast was just okay, not much variety but enough to start the day. Staff were welcoming.

Old carpet in room and hallway that need replacement in the near future because sometimes you can smell it.

Room Very Good size for 3 People with desk, safe, and refrigerator. Closet somewhat small. Clean, no odors. Large, Modern Bathroom with 2 sinks, shower/tub, good water pressure and temperature and toiletries. Breakfast was Very Good, Excellent for European hotel. Location was great due to proximity to dining options and Roma Termini station, and mini-marts for essentials like water, Metro tickets. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel security excellent.

Workout area was not very good but that was not main purpose for choosing the hotel. Hotel little pricey but met expectations. And it is Europe in the summer!

The hotel has an excellent location, just a 1-2 minute walk from the train station. The breakfast is fantastic.

The indoor heating is too strong; on winter nights, I feel like using a fan while sleeping. The room assigned to me is right at the intersection of two streets, and it's quite noisy. The city tax is 7 euros per person per night, so for two people over three nights, it should be a total of 42 euros. I'm not sure why the front desk charged 45 euros. In the morning, I was in a hurry to catch a train and didn't bother to discuss this discrepancy.

Property was clean tidy , facilities good, staff excellent

What I like about Gioberti art is that the cleanliness, friendliness, breakfast buffet is very good, coffee etc, the attractions are very close ex., the Bational museum of Rome, Basilica of Santa Maria maggiore , there are many hidden gems there close to the hotel , metro train is very close that you can easily get to St Peter’s Basilica, Sistine Chapel, Leonardo Da Vinci Museum, Colosseum, Palestine Hill, Forum etc. We enjoyed our stay at Gioberti Art Hotel . If there’s something to be fixed at the hotel they fix it right away . It’s a very nice hotel. I give it a *****(5) stars.

That’s there’s only 1 elevator and I think they also use that as freight and passenger elevator. Everything else is excellent.

The location is perfect, so close to the train station. I have stayed here 4 times now and have always found the staff to be excellent and the breakfasts very nice.

We were upgraded to an executive suite upon check-in which was very spacious and well kept. It was a corner unit on the second floor, and even though there was a lot of traffic outside in the morning, the room was fairly quiet. The staff was great and accommodated whatever needs to be had. The location is wonderful withina very short walk to the Rome Trrmini train station although after dark the streets in the area did get a little rowdy with some unruly people hanging around there. Otherwise a great value for what we got!

Although the location is great and close to the train station, it seems most streets around the train station have a lot of vagrants and homeless people as well as drunks, especially after dark.

Room was a decent size. Bathroom was large and modern. Breakfast was OK, nothing special but not bad. Beds were comfortable. Close to train station.

Even though conveniently located, at night the area is not great. It doesn't feel particularly safe, there are a lot of people sat around on the street shouting and playing loud music. Strange but the light switches make no sense and are very confusing (something I never thought I would have to write, being a tech savvy younger person!) Also, we booked 2 single beds and when we arrived it was one queen size. They changed it for us though so no harm done. The guy at the end of our stay wasn't interested in how the stay was or whether we enjoyed it or needed anything etc. Just told us we had 45 euro city tax to pay and didn't even say thank you. It was a bit of a sour ending to the stay.

The hotel room and staff were excellent. After spending a week outside of Rome in a room with a very small shower and weak water pressure, it was a pleasure to get into this full-size shower with terrific water pressure. The breakfast choices were excellent, and all the staff was helpful. We arrived by train, which was very convenient—it was only three blocks away. The subway is also right at the Termini station.

Being so close to the train station, there was some street noise, with youngsters hanging out most of the night. It did not feel unsafe, just noisy.

Firstly, this hotel is well located being very close to Roma Termini. It was easy to find and had a good selection of eating establishments nearby. Our room was quite large and we even had a separate area where we could store our suitcases. The room was quiet and bed comfortable. The included breakfast was very good with a wide selection of foods to choose from. The cost was very reasonable and we will definitely be staying here again.

The air conditioning was a little loud but okay if you turned fan to low setting.
