The staff was lovely. Rassel and Abdullah was so helpful and kind. Whenever I needed any help, They were always there to help me out. When I arrived, They helped me settle in and also guided me about how and where I can travel in rome. he is one of the best hotel staff i have had till date. Extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, airy and well-kept. The location of the hotel was lovely and it is very well connected by public transport. There is a metro station just 3 mins walk from the hotel.

First look it was very close to the station. Were very late at night . Though they contacted us earlier about check-in time al. After a brief discussion with receptionist we agree to pay the late check-in fee and it was well worth. Property is nice and clean we slept very well. Also at night we’re comfortable. The first night we’ve not meet the receptionist but the next day we’ve meet him. He welcomed us with a wide smile on his face. Offered some drinking water

I personally didn't mind it, but I could hear the noise from other rooms. As per the warning in the room, there's limited use of hot water, but again, it was noted, and thus there's no surprise.

The room we stayed in is quite spacious and clean. There is a wardrobe and a table and chair which is very much needed. (Mentioning this because i have seen in many cities in europe they dont have a wardrobe in hotel rooms..very weird) The AC worked perfectly. The washroom is equipped with toiletries. The host is super helpful. They even gave us free water bottles (again unlike many hotels in Europe, who ask you to drink water from the tap next to a western commode, otherwise you have to buy water from them...yuks) but this hotels pleasantly surprised us. The location is just perfect, right next to roma termini.

The bathroom is quite congested and in the room we stayed there was a continuous noise of water flowing..it was disturbing inthe night..I understood from the host that it's only in that room because of the water tank line runs from there..and the lift is very very compact.

Spacious room, great location. All required amenities were available. Was it the best most amazing bed I slept on - no. But it did the job. Location and price was essential for me, and this fit the bill. Reading the reviews helped me to figure out the entrance codes etc. Staff was efficient at providing information in advance -- read your messages. Also -- you need to be clear about your arrival and departure times, as staff are not present 24/7.

It felt pricey for what was offerred - but then again, this was Rome in summer. :-)

Despite reading a number of negative Review prior to our stay.la casa dell' arte was an excellent place to stay.the room was clean,with towels,toiletries and a hair dryer provided.communication with Staff was Exellent.

Our houst/ receptionist was extremely helpfull. I had doubt about this hotel, but now i know if i ever come back i would definitely go back to the same place. The place was clean. Outside the room looks bad but then again all buildings looks old in the area. But the stay was definitely comfortable and clean. We just want to say thank you.

Hallways could need a little maintenance and cleaning and outside needs a sign with the hotel.name

The location was great! Really close to the train station and there were lots of restaurants just outside the property. As a female travelling alone, I felt safe and didn’t have to walk far. The owner was also very friendly and accommodating and let me leave my bags at the property whilst I went exploring.

It did take me a while to find the property on the street. This is not a complaint, but if anyone else is struggling to find it, it’s a door between some restaurants. The building is used by several other businesses and the accommodation is on the very top floor.

We had a lovely stay — the place was very comfortable and the location was perfect for exploring the area. We really appreciated the kindness and hospitality of the staff throughout our stayed. I’ll definitely recommend your place to friends and family, and I hope to return someday!

while I was Booking I saw so many negative review and thought to not book here then my partner told me we don't take others openion on our vacation. Once I havve enter La Casa I was welcomed by a warm smile by russel. I've asked them a lot but pateintly they answerd everything i asked for
