Excellent location! Directly across Termi station which is a great transportation hub for metro, bus, and train (from airport or to other cities). The area is not the cleanest around the location, probably due to the traffic, but it is safe and still busy at night with arrivals at the train station. Manuela was a wonderful host. We arrived a bit early before check in and Manuela allowed us to store our luggage until our rooms were ready. She recommended nearby locations for lunch and provided us a map of the city with directions to nearby tourist attracts and food. We stayed in the purple room with double bed and a single bed. Room was are very clean and spacious, wifi is fast, no complaints. The kitchenette had almost everything we needed and was well stocked.

The water machine had some build up, but its not an issue since we bought our own water. Late night you can hear the trains returning to the station, it did not bother us, but do note if someone is a light sleeper.

Great location! 100 meters from train station, easy to find. Very secure building , multiple locks to go through. Small elevator only two people with luggage. No problem. AC/Heat worked great. Beds were comfy. Hot showers. Shared kitchen, four apartments, everyone had a shelf in the fridge, free water fill. Hop on Hop off bus across the street. Waking distance to some places not on the route. Bus to airport also just across the street ( 9 euros per person) taxi was 55. Had two dinners at Tattaroia da Valentino a block away. Family owned, Owner serenaded everyone at dinner on his guitar., Ilvano the waiter was awesome. Very friendly place. Great food prepared by the owner. Get there early!

Nothing really. Best location of any place we have stayed at. Get your money exchange at a bank. Street shops charge high service charge.

This place is located right in front of Roma Termini and is roughly 15-20 minutes of walking distance from major monuments. The location is a bit crowded but safe overall. The view from the room may not be something to be expected of. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The rooms were quiet and well maintained. It is basically a guest house with 3-4 rooms in each apartment with a shared kitchen. However, we felt no disturbance or interference as all rooms are individually locked. It is great value for money as they also had AC units installed which is a must in Rome.

There is some room for improvement in the facilities such as beds, or toiletries etc.

We stayed here for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures—very nice and comfortable. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, even providing space for our luggage after checkout. The kitchen was well-equipped and very nice for preparing meals. Self check-in details were shared in advance, which made the process smooth, and we also received an informative Rome map pamphlet from the host. Overall, it's definitely worth the money for this house. Highly recommend!

The managers have thought of everything. The communal kitchen with a coffee pod machine, cold water dispenser and laundry facilities was excellent. NIce to have an ensuite bathroom too and daily cleaning.

Having to enter so many codes to access the room from the street (four times). Not being given rooms next to each other (we were across the hallway with different room codes)

The location was great because you’re right across the street from Termini Station which is the main hub for the subway (Metro), buses, train to the airport, starting point for “Hop On Hop Off” bus tour. It was walking distance to many eating establishments, souvenir shops, etc. The room was good size. We felt safe inside the room. The memory foam mattress was very comfortable. There’s a shared fridge to put your own food inside (which we never used), and there’s no breakfast, other than coffee you can make (didn’t use either). Liked the water machine to fill our water bottles every day with fresh clean water.

It was a bit difficult to find because there’s no sign on the building. We gave our taxi driver the address and he just dropped us off in front of Termini Station. Didn’t know where to go from there. So maybe a better description of how to find it would be great! We did eventually find the typed name just outside a large brown wooden double door that listed Dream Station as one of the establishments there. You just push a small button to talk to the owner upstairs who can electronically unlock the door for you to come inside. After you receive your room key, you can get in the building with that. It’s on the 4th Floor. Also, This can’t be changed, but wish the bathroom was bigger. The shower was tiny!!

The location was close to metro and also walking distance from many main attractions. The room and kitchen were very functional with every appliance. Staff very responsive Via whatsApp. Beds were very comfortable 😌 . Video and info to access was very clear and simple to understand 👌

A bit dated but very functional.

The place is literally situated right across termini terminal. the room is size is a bit small but since I'm alone, I think its fine. instructions to get inside the place is detailed and easy to follow. I love the fact that rooms are card/keyless thus less hassle of bringing with me keys or card nor the anxiety of losing them.

The hotel is right in front Termini Station, very adequate for early or late trains. The self check in works very well, in minutes we were within our room. Building elevator was not working, the hotel is on the 4th floor.
