The location is really good, even though the surroundings are a little bit tricky. You should pay attention to where you walk. Nothing has happened to our group, but we saw an old man being robbed one street in the surroundings. But you are located very well, near Termini Station. You can walk to Santa Maria Maggiore and all around. The staff is marvelous. Everyone really, really nice! They make a difference.

The Breakfast was the weakest I have ever seen, unfortunately. If it is important to you to have a healthy breakfast, other than option with heavy carb as bread and pie and oat... then, you will miss eggs, ham, real cheese and so on. My room had a toilet that we could barely sit on it, because of the countertop, it was really unconfortable.

Location, price, basic and very clean. Traveling with another couple and shared a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit. One floor up. Easy access. Always someone at front desk with locking front door. Location near train station and metro. WiFi was great in the lounge areas. Great coffee and typical Italian breakfast. Super clean bathroom. Dozens and dozens of eating options in the Immediate area.

Loud at night. But to be expected since it is in a busy area near the train station. No AC u til end of May but being in a corner room there was great ventilation. Flat pillows were not great. WiFi wasn’t great in our bedroom. But was fine in the other bedroom.

Rooms were nice! Breakfast was very good. Staff even made a cappuccino for us! Hotel was a few blocks from Termini station as well as the starting point for the hop on/hop off tour buses.

My only complaint was that the showers in all 3 of our rooms had a problem with the water going from cold to scolding hot constantly back and forth. Although there was an elevator, there are about 8 steps to climb to get to the main floor from the street. We had a family member with mobility problems so it was a tad difficult.

This is a charming hotel run by lovely people. We arrived late and the man at the night desk was so funny and kind to us! (And he was every time we came thru and always remembered us.) The people at breakfast were so warm and kind. Everyone was just lovely. The room was very clean and there was ample room. Breakfast was delicious! The location was terrific. Honestly, we'll be back when we return to Rome. Don't hesitate. This is a terrific property.

I don't have any complaints. Folks who are complaining about the breakfast: it's a traditional Italian breakfast. They don't have eggs, etc. As to the air conditioning: be aware that in Europe a/c isn't like in the States. It's not nearly as cold. So, if you go in the summer, yes, you're going to be warm. This room does allow you to open the window, which is very helpful.

Breakfast was simple, but fresh...wonderful pastries, cappuccino, some cereal options

I loved this hotel. Seemed like authentic an Italian location, and had a wonderful staff. Everyone there made us feel welcome. The only thing I didn't like was that air conditioning was advertised, but it did not work (maybe we didnt know what we were doing? But not a huge deal to us) We opened the windows, and used our portable fan to circulate the air, and it was perfect!

Located (literally) 150 feet from the Termini Central Rail Station, the location is perfect to start your day in whatever direction you choose to go to. The Hotel room had everything one needs. Is it a 5 Star Ritz Carlton? No (You would not be here reading this review if that's your style), but it offers a fine breakfast with all coffee's made to order, it has 24 hour front desk and a ton of Restaurants in the area to manage your appetite. I will definitively go back, when I bring my wife next time I'm in Rome.

A strange smell in the bathroom, then again ... it didn't kill me. Too few electrical outlets. But those are all minor and should not be construed as complaints!

Excellent location and super friendly staff. Great simple options for breakfast in the mornings, consistently good quality. Staff very knowledgeable about the area and always happy to help

The shower needs fixing. The plastic seal between the doors came off partially multiple times, and the towel rack on within the shower was not secured correctly, making it easy to remove from the wall.

Walking distant to Roma Termini. Nice and welcoming staff people. 2-bedroom suite is an excellent choice for family staying together. Good enough breakfast (not an American continental breakfast standard)

The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly. The room was very clean and nice, location is the best, 5 min walk to the termini station

Hotel is very close to Roma termini station. Proximity to bus and rail makes this hotel a good option.

Hotel rooms need an upgrade. Though it is clean, it needs a refurbishment.
