Location, price, basic and very clean. Traveling with another couple and shared a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit. One floor up. Easy access. Always someone at front desk with locking front door. Location near train station and metro. WiFi was great in the lounge areas. Great coffee and typical Italian breakfast. Super clean bathroom. Dozens and dozens of eating options in the Immediate area.

Loud at night. But to be expected since it is in a busy area near the train station. No AC u til end of May but being in a corner room there was great ventilation. Flat pillows were not great. WiFi wasn’t great in our bedroom. But was fine in the other bedroom.

This is a charming hotel run by lovely people. We arrived late and the man at the night desk was so funny and kind to us! (And he was every time we came thru and always remembered us.) The people at breakfast were so warm and kind. Everyone was just lovely. The room was very clean and there was ample room. Breakfast was delicious! The location was terrific. Honestly, we'll be back when we return to Rome. Don't hesitate. This is a terrific property.

I don't have any complaints. Folks who are complaining about the breakfast: it's a traditional Italian breakfast. They don't have eggs, etc. As to the air conditioning: be aware that in Europe a/c isn't like in the States. It's not nearly as cold. So, if you go in the summer, yes, you're going to be warm. This room does allow you to open the window, which is very helpful.

I loved this hotel. Seemed like authentic an Italian location, and had a wonderful staff. Everyone there made us feel welcome. The only thing I didn't like was that air conditioning was advertised, but it did not work (maybe we didnt know what we were doing? But not a huge deal to us) We opened the windows, and used our portable fan to circulate the air, and it was perfect!

Located (literally) 150 feet from the Termini Central Rail Station, the location is perfect to start your day in whatever direction you choose to go to. The Hotel room had everything one needs. Is it a 5 Star Ritz Carlton? No (You would not be here reading this review if that's your style), but it offers a fine breakfast with all coffee's made to order, it has 24 hour front desk and a ton of Restaurants in the area to manage your appetite. I will definitively go back, when I bring my wife next time I'm in Rome.

A strange smell in the bathroom, then again ... it didn't kill me. Too few electrical outlets. But those are all minor and should not be construed as complaints!

Excellent location and super friendly staff. Great simple options for breakfast in the mornings, consistently good quality. Staff very knowledgeable about the area and always happy to help

The shower needs fixing. The plastic seal between the doors came off partially multiple times, and the towel rack on within the shower was not secured correctly, making it easy to remove from the wall.

The bed was big and comfortable. Our booking included a continental breakfast. It was ok because it's a buffet, so you can go back for more. The downstairs common areas were big and had a good selection of books to read and the vending machines were easy to operate. Option to leave luggage if needed was helpful to know. Location suited us, Circular bus 71 got us to all the places we needed. Some lovely restaurants within walking distance. There is also usual theme of street stalls.

Bedroom pictures on here need updating referring to the room we got. Room 207 was quite small as all relevant furniture just fit Did not get the room we thought we booked. No explaination given. Balls of dust under bed. Due to the red lampshades the room lite up red when lights on.

The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly. The room was very clean and nice, location is the best, 5 min walk to the termini station

24/7 working reception, just a minute from Ciampino airport shuttle stop! A wonderful view through the window. Decent breakfast in the morning- yogurts, fresh pastries, a toast

Reception always works, so you can come without additional cost( as they charge it in Italy- they could charge all the things if possible), also you can leave your stuff after check out free of charge. Good location

My room (in an annex) looked directly onto the lovely facade of the Termini railway station. The desk area had good natural lighting. The hotel itself is also very well placed for anyone travelling by train. Reception staff are relaxed and uncomplicated.

You have to be careful to close the door to the annex carefully, otherwise it slams shut with a big bang. The corridor accessing the rooms is lit 24/7, not only when guests are coming or going. Sockets a bit far from bed. Pointable reading-light wasn't working. The buffet area at breakfast is a bit cramped. The dining area itself is okay. The wardrobe in my room contained a lot of extra bed-linen type stuff. Hung-up clothes couldn't hang freely.

it would have been lovely to be able to make tea/coffee in the room. there was a vending machine in the lobby but didn’t do tea and it broke and was out of use for the last 2 nights. only a small point - it didn’t distract from a lovely stay.
