every thing is fine , location is 2-3 minute walk from termini.surrounding good eateries.safe atmosphere,. i travelled with my daughter.requested fortwin bed. they provide twin bed.ownwer or manager was very helpfull. Rules are strict, i like it.Bathroom equiped with bath tub, 24 hr hot water .refrigerator was excellent to chill the beer.only thing is that no inhouse restaurant but they should provide a tea cattle .otherwise very good for group, family.I enjoyed the stay.Suttle bus for both airport is 100meter from the main gate of the hotel.

tea cattle can be provided to all rooms. or atleast one cup of tea in morning can be served in room.

The room was big, we upgraded the room, but the shower isn’t really comfortable and the closet was a big small although was space enough to open the luggage easily, although I missed a big mirror

They didn’t check if the key I asked for it was mine or no. So I but more of control would be better and make the customer more save about leave the key at reception every time we have to leave the hotel

Central location . Transport links around the corner lovley restaurants and coffee downstairs 😋 pick yours. Welcoming stuff always greeted with a smile. Daily Housekeeping doing amazing job keeping your room spotless. Had good sleep quiet and comfy bed as well. Blessed with balcony on our room what was a proper suntrap in the afternoon and evening perfect place for a relaxing glass of vine. Will recommend 👌 Thanks for hosting us Kind regards Katrin

A nice place, a cozy room and nice staff. 5 minutes walk from termini station which connects you to any place in italy

We arrived at 11pm first night, and the area was really scary! Till about 8-9pm it is safe and a lively place, but wouldnt reccomend to stay later than that outside

+ comfy beds + shampoo/shower gel in the bathroom + fresh towels everyday + fridge in the room + very close to the Roma Termini station

- we could hear all the noise from the street - dangerous area (better not to leave the hotel in the night)

Well located close to the train, metro and bus station. Clean, functional, 24-hour reception, which is a difference in Rome, adequate service. Great for short periods.

Perfect location right next to the train station and metro for the center. Bus from airport also stopped at the train station. Staff where very friendly and even looked after our bags after we had checked out.

Room and bathroom could use a little remodel but it's really not that bad.

The hotel is in the heart of city. Everything is at walking distance. Railway station, supermarkets, souvenir shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, etc. I think the hotel is a good value for money. If you are wandering around and discovering Rome, then this is the perfect place for one or two nights. Can be also a great place to crash after a long flight.

I think no able to have breakfast within the hotel was the different. I think if the hotel can provide breakfast would be a bonus. The hotel is small so is a place for only one or two night stay.

It was mostly clean (except for bathroom curtain, with stains, balcony and some dust). The staff was nice and warned us about pickpockets, which was sweet - also showed us the main attractions in the area. Nice with a safe in the bedroom too! The balcony view was also nice to have. P.S. Cecio’s restaurant just across the building is good and the staff is super nice.

There was some places that weren’t clean, but easy to clean - ex. the balcony. (In Italy?) you must give the keys to the receptionist before you leave for a walk and ask for them back when you arrive again - however I didn’t have to tell them my name or anything, so regarding the keys (access to our belongings!) there wasn’t a strict safety measure, which made me a little uneasy if someone else would take our key and go to our room.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Location is good too. Very nice and honest staff, at check out, I forgot my airpods in the sheets, they found them and gave them back to me! You can leave your luggage at reception if you arrive early or your flight is late in the evening.
