Cold ac, hot shower, comfy beds with good linens and pillows. Concrete building with no sound from the neighbors or the street. 4 or 5 terraza restaurants on the street right in front of the building. Morning espresso is included in the kitchen with normal ceramic espresso cups - which is not terrible common in many Italy stays. Only moments from the train terminal, and completely reasonable to walk all of the central Rome highlights and back from here. We stayed 5 nights and did not get a taxi even once. If you like to “terrazza hop” like we do, we found it within reason to even walk to the Vatican and back. It was 35 min walk to the Vatican, everything else is about 15 mins, and the train terminal (packing bags) is maybe 3-5 mins. Don’t waste 120 euro on a taxi from the airport! Roma Termini train is around the corner and maybe 5 blocks tops! We flew into Naples from Athens, and after our time in south Italy, road the train from Naples for about 22 euro each. When we arrived to the gate from the train my wife was surprised and said “that was all it was?” I’m writing this review in this manner - Beacause I wish I would’ve seen a recommendation like this to save me a lot of time looking for a spot.
Nothing that we didn’t like, Only suggestions. Some have an online link so you can pay the tourist tax with card from your phone. That would be nice. The courtyard of the property is lovely - while we realize this air bnb is only a flat within the greater property - some chairs or benches would be fabulous to sit in the privacy of the courtyard of the complex. Perhaps a folding table and couple of folding chairs in the room for the guest to take down and up would be a lovely way to enjoy an evening bottle of wine away from Romes typical street sellers, or costs of the restaurants.

Located on 4th floor of a building with a lift. Our host Alex was great. He helped us with a couple of problems we were having with our phones. Gave good restaurant advice and stored our luggage after checkout until we went to the airport . The location is fantastic. Short walking distance to Termini railway station and bus terminal, lots of restaurants and bars, Our room looked out onto the entry courtyard. There is a small kitchenette with table and chairs, fridge, microwave and all plates, glasses and cutlery which is a plus.

Sergio is an attentive, responsive host who was really helpful with my luggage. The B&B is is not luxurious, but quite functional, in a building 2 blocks from Roma Termini, so the immediate area is a bit touristy. The property is amazingly serene given where it is and is a reasonable walking distance to just about anything I wanted to see, including major sites and the other side of the river. I appreciated the coffeemaker in the little shared kitchen, reliable wifi and hot water, and the windows that let in the fresh air but kept out the noise. I was traveling alone in Rome for the first time, felt very safe, and would stay here again.
The elevator was a bit claustrophobic for me, but I didn't mind taking the stairs.

The hosts were lovely and very kind and helpful. They made us feel very welcome. The room was great and clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was amazing, a 3 minute walk to the Termini to catch buses to and from the airports. It was a 20 minute walk to the Colosseum and just over 20 minutes to walk to the Trevi Fountain. There were other places much closer too but those were the main sights we wanted to visit and it was perfect for us. There are good restaurants and shops nearby too if you need anything and the property is really secure and safe. Everything was perfect!

Super close to the train station, so it made the trips in and out very easy. Having the metro a 5 min walk away was a big plus! Lots of places to eat and drink in the area. It is also walking distance to all of the main places to see. The room was very clean and the A/C was a reprieve!
Being next to a train station always makes for a little bit of a seedier area, but we never felt unsafe!

The hostel was in the perfect location, just 5 mins walking from Roma Termini train station. There were laundromats, convenience stores and restaurants on either side of the building and a supermarket a block down. The hostel was in a lovely old building with a gated courtyard and garden out the front. Our room was spacious and cleaned daily. There was also a communal kitchen with fridge, kettle and microwave. The owner Sergio was very friendly and was in contact with us prior to arrival 😁
The only issue we had was with the other guests in the hostel being noisy during the quiet hours between 10pm and 8pm when they were using the communal area. That is no fault of the hostel, just typical inconsiderate tourists.

What makes this place wonderful is Sergio. He is a very friendly and helpful host. When my luggage was lost at the airport, and they needed to drop it off at the hotel, Sergio was there to help pick up the luggage and put it into the room. He was very accessible by WhatsApp.
The bathroom was across the hallway which is shared by other people. However, this may have been just our case, as I saw that other people's bathrooms are attached to their rooms. We would have liked to have a room with a bathroom attached to the bedroom.

I’m a solo traveller and felt very secure at this property. Was thankful for access to the little kitchen that was equipped with a great pod coffee maker, glassware and a fridge. Bonus that there was an elevator onsite. Window opened up onto the courtyard. The train station is two blocks away and a large grocery store a block away. Most of the historical sites were no more than a 25 minute walk. If you didn’t want to walk Sergio gave you very detailed routes with bus numbers on how you could get around. :)
The only thing I didn’t like was that I was very allergic to the laundry detergent that they use for the sheets. Very strong perfume smell.

A very comfortable, clean, secure, quiet place to stay in when sight-seeing in Rome. Host was very helpful and it was a great location as easy access by bus and walking to a lot of the attractions in Rome. Great air conditioning unit :-)
I like a shower head that is mobile and can be removed to wash, and the shower has a static rain head. A minor issue.

Very welcoming host! Sergio and Alex made sure we we had everything we needed. The rooms were very well cleaned daily and the beds and pillows were comfortable. They also gave us water, clean towels , slippers and shampoo/shower gel.The bathroom even had a bidet which I was very happy about. My mum loved the coffee machine too. Plenty of restaurants nearby and close to the bus and train station. Also the garden is really beautiful! Will definitely be staying here again if I revisit Rome.
