Clean and the staff are so helpful . The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was so delicious and included all various items like different eggs meals and pasteries, yogurt, cake, kinds of juice, coffee, fruits, like everything you can ask for breakfast was included.

There was no coffee machine or electric water boiler in the room for us to make our own tea or coffee. We found that so strange because me travelling a lot and been to many hotels, there is always a coffee machine or a water boiler in the room with coffee and tea sachets

Great breakfast on the terrace: a good variety of pastry, fruit, continental. The room was very spacious with high ceiling and a real window. Location was the reason I mainly chose this hotel because it is a 5 min walk from the station and in a cool real (not touristic) neighborhood (once you leave the station behind). The front desk was able to also arrange an early check-in that is always a big plus.

On arrival we were given a free upgrade, and our room was lovely. The breakfast was varied with plenty of hot and cold options, including fruits and pastries. We found the staff friendly and helpful, always saying hello and offering assistance on tourist options etc. They kindly printed our return boarding passes, free of charge. The location is great, walkable to the Colosseum and Trevi fountain. Being close to the terminal was great for going further and getting to and from the airport. The Leonardo express was €14 euro each to the airport and very easy to use. We would use this hotel again on a return trip.

The sauna wasn't working during our visit.

The location of this hotel was perfect. Close to the train station and access to everything we wanted to see in Rome. The rooms were well equipped. It was on a busy street but the property had thick glazing on the windows so noise from traffic etc was next to nothing with the windows closed. The room was very clean and the beds lovely and comfy. The breakfast was AMAZING!! The choice and variety of foods was more than we ever expected and it was all so delicious. The hotel was faintly busy, but the hotel staff ensured that all the food was restocked quickly and everyone had lots of options. The filled croissants were the best we had ever tasted and had the most delicious fillings!!

Location to main train station was excellent and good selection of restaurants locally. Main attractions were all within walking distance. Breakfast was sufficient to start the day!

Unable to alter air conditioning as it was still set to warm which made the room too hot. No coffee/tea facilities in room. One particular reception staff member was unwilling to assist with booking a tour to Pompei, advising us to just catch the train to Naples and go from there, where as I managed to find a tour and booked online myself in the room that night for a tour the next day.

We were told you were on your time off. We could not speak highly enough of the Palladium Palace, we love this hotel and will be back. The breakfast is delish, so much to choose from, thank you very much to staff, you are brilliant and so pleasant, big smile every morning for everyone. I would like to mention the Manager in the breakfast room, you are so competent in your duties, making sure we are all well taken care of. Thank you again. Our room was so well taken care of each day, cleanliness is exceptional, thank you ladies. Happy with all, thank you

Very beautiful and clean room. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is located not far from the main station, so it’s easy to get around with public transport.

We hardly slept in the night. We had a corner room which meant that we had the noice from 2 streets. Just around the corner of the hotel are restaurants, which are very loud until very late at night. The trash pickup does its rounds every day very early in the morning, which means by the time you can finally sleep you’re waking up again from the sound of glass being emptied into the truck, not just one once but it continues for the whole neighborhood. Earplugs are a must to be able to sleep!

Location is great, just 5 mins walk to Termini. Hotel is clean, comfortable, breakfast is fine too. I would like to thank Gianfranco, Michele and Elena on reception, they were very helpfull. Our first room was too noisy because of main street, they helped us to change the number which located on inner side, so we could sleep well. Also they didnt charge us for breakfast, which became a great bonus to our stay at thie hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is excellent. It’s very close to Roma Termini Railway Station, near to many restaurants including McD and KFC. Near to major attractions and Hop-on-hop off bus stop. Breakfast was good.

1. The breakfast room is on the 6th floor of the new building. As our room was in old building, it was not convenient to reach the breakfast room. 2. The old building has a slow and tiny elevator which is a bit claustrophobic. 3. The room didn’t have an electric kettle.

The breakfast buffet was really good with a variety of options, the reception staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was very convenient allowing us easy access to the bus terminal and the sites. The room was very clean and the towels were changed everyday!

It would be better if the room had a rack or hooks to hang clothes and towels. The room should also have a pair of slippers. It would also have been better if we were able to order dinner from the hotel itself
