The beds are comfortable. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was amazing! So incredibly helpful and kind. We felt well attended to. The location was perfect. It was close to the Termini and lots of good restaurants. The Colosseum was a short work away. We came for a school trip so safety was important. The security at the hotel was good and helped us feel safe.

I have food allergies and the breakfast does not have anything that is vegan or gluten-free. Everyone else in my party was happy with the breakfast. The coffee was good.

Helpful staff. Cleaning every day if requested. Very close to Termini Station. Central location. Price was medio. Gladly helped print documents after several requested times. There is a free coffee machine but I think that is to be expected in Italian hotels.

I did not have the breakfast. It was / is 2 floors up. The croissants in lobby didn’t stock on weekends it seemed only the week day. Felt a bit missed out on but may have been best regardless as I’m Not sure how healthy they are. Outlets did not work in room for my MacBook charger. I’m not sure I saw any other guests at the hotel when there which was strange to me. The downstairs regular hotel type of lobby is not existing as this hotel is located in a building with several other hotels. Lobby is upstairs and small. Helpful staff. Not sure the security of the front door, but they did require a key to get in upstairs as well.

Just a 3 minute walk to train station. Personnel were super nice, breakfast options were great.

We were on street side and so it was noisy all night long, would request courtyard side. There was black discoloration in corners of shower.

The location of the lovely Orlanda Hotel is within walking distance from Roma Termini Stazione. Many thanks to Marco for his hospitality! I was able to drop off my bag as I arrived much earlier than planned. He was kind enough to allow me to check in earlier, once a room was ready. Having worked in hospitality previously, I know this is not always possible so I was very grateful for his help. The room faced the inner courtyard and though it was Rome, which is as busy of a city as a main European city can be, I slept well and I'm a light sleeper. The room was gorgeous, the bed and pillows very comfortable. My only wish is that I could have stayed more days instead of a short overnight stay. Bathroom had all the amenities I needed. Breakfast was also very good. Hotel Orlanda is also within walking distance to the beautiful Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore and within easy reach to many other iconic Roman locations as well.

I did not dislike anything.

Location was fantastic and the staff were very helpful. Exceeded expectations.

Travel light or accept that you’ll be lugging suitcases up the stairs if travelling with a family.

It is very convenient to walk and roll luggage for access to Termini, Rome's main train station. We had to be on 430am Leonardo Express train to FCO airport so, needed to be extremely convenient. It is a good place to stay briefly and I would return...

Be sure to pay attention to signage to avoid getting lost. It was a surprise because I did not know how that older area has large apartment style buildings with several hotels and very small elevators.

We had a quadruple room but it felt very spacious. The beds were comfortable, staff were helpful and friendly.

The hotel is in an old building and the lift made for the size of building but it was small - only mentioning as may not be ideal for when more than one or two people need to use it. This wasn’t a negative point, just something some potential guests may like to know about. The stairs were fine and good exercise!

Friendly staff. Fast check in. City tax paid on arrival. Location was perfect for Roma Termini (Central station) 3 minute walk away. The hotel is in a shared building with multiple hotels within it. Reception is on the 3rd floor. There is a mini lift which can hold two people (with cases) at a squeeze..no real waiting at any time. We had a twin room on the 5th floor (same floor as the breakfast room) which has proximaty card security entry. TV. Air con, all working. Clean and tidy rooms with fridge. Room had a view into the court yard. Set your expectations for views towards Romes history! Lockable window with shutters, net and full curtains. Night time was quite, no noise form street or other rooms. Key code entry is used for night time. At all other times standard key card. Just some slight noise for the breakfast room (0800-1000) as our room was opposite. Breakfast was more than adequate, cold meats, cheese, croissants, cereals, french toast and cakes. Overall a good selection. Don't expect a full English breakfast. Plenty of restaurants and gift shops on its door step. Surprisingly there's also Mcdonalds and KFC less than 2 minutes away. Overall a most enjoyable hotel with a style and feel of 80's chic.

Staff was super supportive. Room was very clean. Location great! 2min walk to Roma Termini Station. All around restaurants and supermarkets. Every day clean and new towels. For 2 people this was a very nice option. I loved it.

The breakfast was on 5th floor however our room was on 3rd floor, but that was ok for 3 days stay. Anyway , breakfast was very poor unfortunately. They could add some vegetable or salad, more fruits. All in all it was ok but not very good.

Close to Centrale FS and lots of restaurants around. Staff were amazing! Woman at reception in the evening even helped me buy tickets online and gave me tea and honey when I developed a sore throat. Can’t get much nicer than that. Everything was very clean!

I don’t take elevators so it was a lot of stairs but that can’t be helped. Breakfast was a bit rudimentary but fine for a short stay.
