The facility appears to be newly remodeled. The room is clean and pleasing. Excellent location, only a very short walk to Roma Termini, with supermarkets and restaurants right below. The double pane windows provide pretty good soundproof. When we made the reservation, we put 8-9 p.m. as our estimated check-in time, but a last minute travel plan change got us there 9 hours early at around 11:30 a.m.. No one was at the desk, but the nice lady came very quickly after we called, and she let us check in!

The door lock uses a physical key (not a key card,) and there's only one key for the three of us. The worse thing is that, even from inside, you need to use the key to lock, and to unlock! This could be a safety hazard during an emergency, although you can mitigate the risk by leaving the key inserted after locking from inside.

Great location. Air con was fabulous. Rooms were clean and maid came every day.

Kettle and teabags in the room but no milk or sugar. Breakfast wasn’t included but could have at a sister hotel.

The hotel is very close to the station, but then obviously you need to walk further to the sights. Walking is easier, the traffic is quite bad. The rooms were bigger and better than expected, all quite new. We were not expecting a breakfast but we were told to go next door where one was provided. Simple coffee, juice, croissant, rolls ham and cheese, perfectly adequate and the staff here were much more friendly. A key safe is provided and there are three doors to go through to get to reception.

Check in was efficient but not the most pleasant we have had. They provide a kettle and tea bags, but NO coffee, sugar or milk, so a bit pointless. When I asked for some milk, I was told you can have it at breakfast, no other explanation, again not a pleasant reaction. Take some ear plugs if you want a lay in as the staff arriving at 07.30 greet each other loudly.

Really nice room for a family of four. Enough space for all of us with a big closet for wardrobe and a fridge to keep our food and drinks. In addition there was a free tea in the room. Room was cleaned every day. We were offered a free breakfast that was in another object, maybe 20 meters down the street. Staff was polite and we had no problems in communication. Great value for money! All public transportation methods are in the vicinity (tram, bus, train, subway).

It is a very small and cute hotel in between many hotels. It is extremely clean and looks very new! We found out it had just been remodeled a year ago. My mom and I stayed for 3 nights and will be staying there again on our way back to the states. There is excellent air conditioning and an elevator so you don’t have to carry your bags. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It is two short blocks from Roma Termini so it was easy to take our train to Florence. It was the most comfortable place we have stayed at in our 10 day trip in Italy! Definitely recommend!

The shower is on the smaller, but it worked! Nothing really to complain about, we liked it all!

We love everything about this hotel. Very close to Roma station termini 7-10 min walk. The room were very spacious & clean. The bed & pillow very comfortable. The staff very helpful & nice. A lot of nice restaurant nearby. One of the restaurant was recommended by the receptionist guy at the hotel, restaurant’s name Antica Trattoria & it was really really good. At the same building of the hotel you can found the laundry shop that is what I really like most when traveling :). I highly recommend this hotel to others.

Everything was properly arranged and well thought of 1- Proper tea maker . 2- Proper Heating. They have a heater in the room as well as in the washroom. 3- Comforters were of good quality. 4- washroom was super clean with very good shower water pressure. 5- size of the room was sufficient for a family of 4. 6- Every bed had a side table along with a charging point next to it. 7- Quality of the furniture was good. On top of this , staff was super friendly and cooperative.

As a primer to Rome it had some great qualities, an exotic elevator, historic interior, friendly courteous staff, adventure in the neighborhood. It had a simple demeaner but it offered us a great place to sleep, access to transportation and walk a distance to the colosseum and some other great historical properties. The morning meal was well appreciated

Rooms were a bit tight for two big suitcases but this added to the adventure.

It’s a small hotel with a central entrance, so when I arrived on the first day, I had to wait a bit for the staff to open the door. However, once I received the key, everything was smooth and convenient. The staff were very helpful, even with our late check-in. The room was nice, though the space was a bit limited for three people.

I attempted to contact the hotel using the number provided on Booking.com, but to my surprise, it turned out to be someone else’s number.

Location is perfect. 5 min walk to Termini station, the road is easy to walk with your valises. The surrounding area feels safe and bright. The room is ok for us. We were offered free breakfast in a nearby hotel (30m) even though our booking did not include any meal.

The heater was turned off automatically during the night, however it was not so cold during our stay so it was still ok.
