The hotel is very close to the railway station and subway station, and not far from various tourist attractions in Rome. The staff are very friendly and can speak both English and Chinese. Though the rooms are small, the beds are clean, and toiletries are provided. The hotel does not serve breakfast, but it offers refreshments, which can basically serve as a substitute for breakfast.

There is a bar below the hotel that stays open until late at night. Also, please note that the hotel is near a tram line, so you might experience some noise.

Super comfy bed, easy check in. It is nice that there is someone availability 24/7. The location of the hotel is really good - we were able to reach all the main tourist attractions very quick and easy.

The window view is not great and we kept it closed most of the time, but I am sure once construction finishes that should be better.

Location was good 3 mins from termini. We arrived at midnight and it was good to walk to hotel. 24 desk and super duper polite staff. AC was working as well as hot shower Was a shower kit and fresh towels Spacious room, kettle and refrigerator. We stayed literally only for night, staff was very helpful we went to explore city and staff kept our luggage till evening with no charge. By the way, it was the cheapest option on booking. We were satisfied

So different feedbacks for this hotel we were prepared for worst but it was good, the only this noise outside, we traveled on Saturday night and somewhere nearby was a loud music outside could open window. My sister told in the room was smell of sigaretts but I didn't feel it.

The following are what we liked best: 1. Excellent location for connecting to tours and travel. Roma Termini is walking distance. 2. Staff were very helpful, especially the young lady (don't know name) who was there when we arrived. 3. There is someone available 24/7. 4. Room was clean, comfortable, and adequate for our needs. 5. Very reasonable price.

The following were not particularly bad for us, but might be a concern for some people: 1.The building is old and you have to enter passcode to enter. Not a problem for us but for someone used to traditional hotel they may not like. 2. The rooms are lower lever and close to a very busy street. To us, we didn't notice much noise, but someone else might. 3. Unlike a lot of other low-priced B&Bs or hotels, there is not a breakfast served. For us, not a problem, as we had to leave early for airport. Also, there was coffee/tea and snacks in the room that could serve as small breakfast.

The staff were very helpful. They were very friendly and took a genuine interest in you and your stay. It is one block away from the train station and on the first floor - there is a lift. There was a kettle and a selection of tea bags and coffee sachets plus a couple of biscuits and pastries. Small pouches of toiletries were provided plus a large towel and a small towel per person. There is an air conditioning unit and it was fine for the size of room. It was a dinky room. At the end of our stay we were checking out in the morning but our flight wasn't till the evening and they very kindly looked after our big bag until we got the shuttle bus to the airport. So helpful! The water pressure in the shower was great -often in hotels the pressure is no good but this was a really great pressure. Good for aching feet. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom. There was always someone on reception if you needed something. For Rome it was good value.

It is a noisy area because there are restaurants everywhere so there is a little bit of noise from that. But I think that would be true of any of the roads nearby. The room was quite small but the beds were reasonably comfortable and the air conditioner cooled the room quickly..

Caring Staff! The staff were incredibly responsive in the chat, providing detailed instructions for our late check-in. We arrived after 2 a.m., and the front desk clerk was waiting for us. He checked our documents very quickly and sent us to our room so we could get some rest, leaving other formalities like paying the city tax for the morning. Treats in the Room! Our room didn't just have a kettle and mugs; it also had tea, coffee, and sweets. We were so happy to find those in the morning. Cleanliness! It was very pleasant to see that the bedding, towels, and bathroom were all spotless.

Layout The room was quite spacious and had a window facing the inner courtyard, as well as a large closet. However, the way the bed was positioned made the passage between it and the wall a bit narrow. It's not a problem for a couple of days.

I've come to expect little for my money in Italy's major cities and I just wanted to be near to Termini amd safe, BUT! we were very pleasantly surprised by Domus Termini. Modern, clean, comfortable, with polite and helpful staff. Prices are extremely competitive compared to what you may be stuck with in the area. We previously stayed in another hotel in the very same building and they are worlds apart. I would absolutely book here again.

Like most busy hotels the shower drain was blocked full of grease and hair. Owners need to wise up and realise that once a month cleaning the drain is not enough. Bung some chemicals down it. If there had been time I would have gone and bought some gel and cleaned it myself..

I liked the convenience of the location as it is near Rome Termini station. For its price, the hotel provides rooms that are clean, well-maintained and comfortable. The toilet/shower was clean. The closet is big and with a safe. They provided you with some snacks with coffee/tea. There is a fridge to store food.

My main suggestion is just to make available other toiletries. The main street where the hotel is located may be intimidating for some guests and getting toiletries there might not be a favorable option for them. To have things that guests might have forgotten ready in the hotel (even if they're paid) would help.

Location is near not all but most of attractions. termini station is near in 2 mins walk. Wifi is excellent. Cleaning the room everyday. Friendly staff. Credit card is not needed if you dont have.

Not Soundproof room (this is just minor issue) but its okay as you hear Sweeper truck at the middle of the night haha and expect some of the days there is some people trashtalking and shouting on the streets. but still it is safe place. (just fyi).

The staff is really nice,there is always someone at the reception. Small room, but has everything you need for a short stay. Bed is very comfortable. We have also listened a lot of italian music during evening from the restaurant down stairs 😂 ( I would not put this on the "black list", since the volume was not that high). Location is very good on one side, for easily reaching city center/Vatican/airport, and also for very good restaurants arounds (one or two streets away).

Location, on the other side - near central station, you can feel a little unsafe. However, we had no problem with people around and the building entrance was guarded. Rooms are not updated, and we had some issues with hot water pressure.
