We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very lovely and helpful. Breakfast was better than I expected, there were few types of pastries and a selection of jams available, so as tea or coffee.

I must mention that our room was next to the room that was under reconstruction so we got woken up by terrible noise at 7 am. We also had a fridge in the room that we couldn't plug in and the TV remote was missing. Be aware that the street is dangerous in the evening time.

Very good location, only few steps from the train station. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in Italian style (sweet bakery products and drink) but as buffet breakfast and bakery was fresh and tasty. Next to the hotel is a KFC and behind the corner a supermarket (Tigra). Lots of restaurants, coffee shops are around.

Wifi was visible but cannot work. Probably due to the thick walls of the old building.

Super good location. The hotel is just one corner - literally few steps - far from the train station Roma Termini. The same building has a KFC at the corner, small supermarket (Tigre) also nearby. People were very kind, helpful and friendly. The typical Italian buffet breakfast was available and bakery products were fresh (and not limited to single piece). The room was big enough for 3 persons.

The building is old, this is something the hotel cannot change. Thick walls decreased wifi signal. They should consult an IT company how to solve it, because offering many wifi spots was not successful for me (hanging). Some old stuff could be replaced/renewed in the bathroom, but this is more aesthetic question.

We were pleased with the stay. The location is right next to the station where all bus transfers go to and from. You can leave your luggage for storage, ask for boiling water for tea. Friendly staff, always ready to help. Especially pleased with the breakfast - no eggs, but all tasty and for us more than enough.

From the nuances: very old room stock, a lot of things repaired with scotch tape. There was a smell of sewage in the bathroom, we had to ventilate. The wifi was practically absent in the room
