Housekeeping lady and the Front Desk team were very friendly and made us feel safe vue the neighborhood and we were 2 ladies travelling alone for the first time with a child.

The Breakfast was disgusting, although we had it included in the package, after the first one we went out to have breakfast, not worth waking-up for :( - Cold, tasteless, soggy, butter was yeurk...

Everyone at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast was an open buffet and was more than sufficient. Thank you very much to the staff of Hotel Tex. It is an advantage that it is close to Termini station, the transportation hub of Rome.

However, immigrants in the region can be worrying for tourists. It would be better if the municipality found a solution.

I recommend it and I would come back. It is not imposible to go walking to the main places, but of course it would take you a while. Never the less, the train station "Termini" it is just one block away. From there, you can go by bus or metro to those places and also to the AIRPORT. So it is really useful. The place was really clean, the room has all and everything worked good. The breakfast it was very simple but as they never promised it is gonna be a super breakfast, it is good, it is just to eat and get full for the all the walking you're gonna do, so it's fine. And last, the personal it was SO kind. Very good attitude, they received us very kind and they give us recommendations. I would come back.

This is something it is out of control of the hotel. The surroundings may look a little ugly in the nights. But we never had a problem. Actually, even though our room was facing the street, the windows isolated very good the noise, but anyway, it is not an Avenue where many cars passed by, so it was good. Still 5 starts the relation cost-quality for us

All the staff were very helpful and most spoke very good English, as well as other languages. The breakfast was great, lots of choices...only problem was the space, finding a table was hard if you went between 8:30 and 9:30, most mornings we went right at 7:30 and few were there. Hotel was an easy walk to Roma Termini and many favorite sights..we walked to Trevi Fountain, Coliseum, Pantheon...but we also used the subway to get there as well, especially if we were going to stay after dark. There are also several excellent restaurants and fast food eateries very close by as well. Always felt safe, there was always someone at the desk. The room was kept VERY clean, elevator worked great...highly recommend it.

Our room was very noisy with street noise (room faced the street), the weather was warm and the AC wouldn't turn on, (we were told by staff that the government doesn't allow it to be on until temps reach 81F/27C), so we had the windows open to cool it down, but couldn't sleep for the noise. (Although stores in the termini had AC running)

Very good location and close to Roma Termini Station, hop off and on bus stop and downstairs is KFC till 23:00, and market till 20:00, Safe not go out late of the night.

Late of night so many people surround hotel area fighting, drugs seller, screaming, a bit noisy.

The spacious room was like the photos. The hotel was easy to find from the Roma Termini. Staff were helpful and arranged a breakfast to go for us so we could get to the airport on time. It was a good choice for a short stay. Given it is in the heart of the city, there was a little street noise late at night, but double window glazing and block out shutters helped us sleep well.

Conveniently located near Termini which made it so easy to travel around the city. Friendly and helpful staff with daily housekeeping. The continental breakfast was a bonus as it saved us from going out to get some prior to starting our day.

Good value for the price. Neat room for a 4-person family. Great location right next to the Rome Terminal railway station. Lots of public transport options. Lots of shops and food options outside. Front desk gentleman was very nice and friendly.

Need to return the key to the front desk when you go outside the hotel, which is weird for travelers like us from the U.S.; Wifi in part of my room is weak, I have to sit next to the door to get full bars, but Wifi is free which is nice.

Breakfast is great, location is excellent for brief visits, near shops, metro and restaurants. Walkable everywhere. The staffs are friendly, approachable and accomodating. Very clean, safe and comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone!
