Easy access, well marked on the outside. Close to the central station (Termini), easy travel to and from the airport. Metro station close as well for easy access to public transportation. We chose to walk, and it took us 15-20 minutes to reach the Trevi fountain. The building itself was clean, well lit, and overall very nice. Staff was super helpful, nice to chat to, and ensured that we had everything we needed. We even got to store our luggage free of charge both before check in and after check-out. The facilities were very nice as well, especially for a couple who wanted to be out and about, seeing the town. Nice shower with good water pressure. All in all a great experience!

There were only two things that we found less that perfect. The Air Conditioning was a bit loud at times. We asked about this, and they are unable to do something about it due to city regulations. The other was that the drain in the shower was a bit slow, so there was some build-up of water in the shower, but never so much that it ran over.

Safe and secure place to stay with good access to public transport and local attractions. The Roma Termini train station and metro is very close which made the arrival and sightseeing very easy. Plenty of restaurants, a supermarket and souvenir shops close by. The receptionist was very welcoming and ensured all our needs were met. We were also provided free luggage storage on the day of departure which was great. The hotel had two different intercom securities to pass through which made the hotel feel very safe and secure. The room was clean, bedding was comfortable, towels were changed after two days, the bathroom was clean and soap and shampoo were provided. The hot shower worked well most of the time. The wifi was great.

The proximity to Termini Station and all means of transportation (Metro, Train, Bus, Airport Shuttle) is excellent, and you can reach all the main tourist sites on foot within 20 minutes. The welcome at the hotel was very warm, especially thanks to Mr. Mahatab mohamed who greeted us very kindly and took great care of us throughout our stay. He regularly offered us refreshments and coffee, as well as sightseeing tours and good local tips. The room was clean, with plenty of storage space. The bed was very comfortable, the towels provided were of good quality, the air conditioning worked well, and the double glazing was very important in significantly reducing noise from outside. The bathroom, although small, was very practical and extremely clean. On our last day, after checking out, they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel until the evening, which was very convenient. I will gladly return to Marechiaro and highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is a two minute walk from Termini station. We were welcomed by Mr. Mahatab from reception with the warmest smile ever! Upon arrival, we were offered cold orange juice and water. Our room was not ready as we arrived early but our luggages were kept by Mr. Mahatab and we went out. Upon going back, the room was ready. Air conditioning in the room is excellent, which is a must in Rome. The beds were extremely comfortable. There was a mini fridge in the room and a television. Extra pillows were provided without even asking. Towels in the room were also provided. The room was absolutely spotless. The sheets were clean, the floor was clean and the bathroom was spick and span. Breakfast was also offered at the rate of 8 euros per person. There was a good choice for breakfast too. Mr. Mahatab from reception is exceptional! Anything you ask him, he will make it possible!

Nothing

A great place for really not a lot of money. 2 minutes from Termini station. Access to anywhere in Rome perfect. Market right next to the hotel door. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area, both cheap and better. Food prices 1/3 sometimes even 1/2 cheaper than in the centre. The team runs this hotel in an exemplary way. Open to our needs. Possibility to check in early, possibility to leave luggage before leaving, help for the elderly to bring luggage, breakfasts for 8 euros. Service available literally 24 hours a day. Great job.

Some problems with lift.

I expected it to be good, but what we found was a revelation. Management open to all our needs. Likewise the staff. Available literally 24 hours a day. Help with luggage for elderly people, availability of breakfast for 8 euros and agreement of products (glutenfree, vegeterian), frequent questions if everything ok/ They even helped to buy products that one of my companions wanted and couldn't find in the market herself. To say it was good is not enough. In truth, an awesome job.

The only negative is the problem with the lift

The staff is very friendly. They will answer to any question. The room is clean. They change towels regulary. The beds are comfortable. The Wi-Fi is fast enough. The hotel is in 1 min walking distance to the Rome Termini, 3 min to the metro station, 20 min to The Coliseum, 30 min to the DiTrevi Fountain and Pantheon. The bus station for the shattles to the airport is around the corner. There are many restaurants nearby.

There is no remote control for the air conditioner. It turns on/off and adjusted only central.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent! The location is perfect - just a few minutes walk from Termini station, which made getting around Rome extremely easy. The room was clean and well equipped, with a comfortable bed - perfect for relaxing after long walks. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to help with a smile. Thanks to Mahatab. We would stay here again without hesitation and would happily recommend the hotel to anyone looking for comfort and convenience in the heart of Rome!

It was a bit noisy.

We really loved this place 😊 the staff was really nice and helpfull,we got the map with details what to see first,where are good restaurants 😊 and we were welcomed with a coffee 😊 The room was clean,also bathroom. There was aircondition,hair dryer,big mirror,nice beds and cute sight from the big window. Location is also great,there are gift shops around and supermarket, restaurants with coffee to go. We will come again 😊

The location is perfect, near to Roma Termini for all kinds of transport and very near by walking from all the beautiful spots of Roma. The room was big enough, it has even a small fridge inside and air conditioner. The bed very comfy and the bathroom was very good. The hospitality from the staff was the best. We had assistance for everything we needed in any time. I would come back there many times more.
