Location, big window, nice bathroom, comfortable beds, big room, clean, polite staff and we also felt very safe because of the 3 doors we had to open with keys or codes from the entrance of the building to the door of our room.

Didn’t like the neighborhood, but the fact that it was near Roma Termini and other attractions. About the property itself, maybe the fact that it didn’t have slippers. Other than this we had a great stay.

Great location, very clean, helpful staff. Recommend to anyone who wants a short stay in rome!

Low water pressure and sporadic hot water

We stayed for two nights. Communication was through Booking, and the hotel responded very quickly. Termini station is just a few minutes’ walk away. The room is small, but it has everything you need for a stay in Rome. You spend the whole day exploring and come back just to sleep. The air conditioner works well and doesn’t blow directly on you — very important. What we especially appreciated was the attitude of the staff. Binyamin welcomed us, showed us everything, and explained everything clearly. His warm and attentive approach made us decide to book another night before our flight home. Thank you so much! Very clean Good location,near termini station,3min by walk

The central location, especially being near Roma Termini, was perfect. It made it convenient to access buses for the city and the airport. The cleanliness of the place exceeded my expectations, and the staff was incredibly friendly

The check-in process was a bit inconvenient as it required a call to a person and a short wait for them to set up the check-in. Additionally, the lift was quite old and small, which made me feel a bit uneasy and uncomfortable during use.

In a great location close to the train station and bus stops including the airport transfers and hop on hop off tours. Across the street their is also different types of restaurants which was very convenient. The owner was also very responsive at all times on booking.com and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The check out time is also very convenient and the room gets cleaned on a daily basis. We were also allowed to store our luggage after check out which was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay at Adora suite, thank you for the friendly service.

Everything was good.

Clean, comfortable bed, 2 mns walk from the train station. The bathroom is small but new and the shower works great with hot water. For a night stay for a solo traveler it was perfect. I was a little worried about some comments on the location outside but nothing to worry about. It is safe. The room had a kettle for tea and a coffee machine. There is an elevator which is nice. The room is very small but perfect for one person.

Good location in the center of Rome, close to everything. The external appearance is not pleasant, but the interior has been remodeled, something typical of large mansions in Italy. The room is large, renovated, everything is very clean and organized. Despite barely seeing anyone from the staff, everything I asked for was promptly attended to. Very good! We didn't order breakfast. I would definitely come back.

The property is very clean and neat inside. Decent and well located in the middle of heart of city of Rome. It just that when we reach from outside you need to call the reception to be proceeded to check in. Bcs it not an hotel it concierge apart hotel. But it very well maintained and suite for those like heart of city center. Well recommended

Although the building was very old, the rooms were comfortable, warm and clean. The accommodation was unusual with several hotel style rooms grouped around a small dining area but it worked well. The apartment was located a short walk from Roma Termini and there were a number of good restaurants in close proximity.
