Hotel was very pleasant, as was our quiet courtyard room on the 5th floor. A good breakfast was provided with our room rate. Location is very convenient to Termini Station and is within walking distance to the sights, though other locations are more central to them. Easy to use the Leonardo Express train to/from the airport.

The area around Termini Station is not the prettiest of Rome's neighborhoods, though there are plenty of services catering to travelers. For a longer stay in Rome, the Termini area would not be my preferred choice.

All the staff, receptionists, cleaners, breakfast staff, are so helpful and friendly. Very clean. Perfect facilities (clean towels, shampoo and body wash etc.) and full buffet breakfast. Located perfectly close to the train station and for us was a good walking distance to all the sites (but there are metros if you can’t walk as much).

Nothing! Keep your wits about you in the evenings as you should in all capital cities in Europe. Mind some small steps in the hallways and in a few rooms.

Great location being a short walk away from the Termini train station and is surrounded by lots of restaurants and a shopping area. Our room was really well presented, very clean and a good size for a couple. Bathroom was fantastic and the beds were very comfortable.

Currently there is a lot of work going on outside of the Hotel, this went throughout the night right through to 4am. I would expect this to be temporary situation. I also thought it would have been good to have a bar located inside the hotel, Please be aware that they have a dining area for breakfast but not dinner. There are a number of restaurants within easy walking distance so this is not a problem really.

The price of 300+ euros per night for the family suite was a bit steep for the area and the internet was very wonky. Traveling with a family and trying to stay connected to work and keep kids busy with a movie/games on their devices proved challenging because of the wonky wifi. However when we informed the hotel, they quickly brought in a technician to check and offered us a complimentary breakfast for the trouble. The technicians fix did not improve the internet. The staff and managers were very kind and helpful. The bus and trains stations to the airport were very conveniently situated outside of the hotel. The Chinese Restaurant and Italian Restaurants right outside the hotel (literally exit, turn rigjt and a few doors down) were delicious and so affordable.

A bit pricey. A family room should automatically have complimentary breakfast for the steep price.

It’s location was perfect for us as tourists. Handy to the Termini Station, metro and tourist buses we were able to get around Rome’s attractions easily. The staff were amazing and very helpful to first time visitors like ourselves. The breakfasts were delicious offering a wide range of options to choose from and our room was serviced daily. A great way to finish a five week trip to Italy!

Location: being so close, two blocks away, to Rome's Termini Train Station and connected to transportation facilities (subway as well as tour bus stops) is key to a successful and fruitful city visit. Further, this is our third stay at this hotel and can connfirm that management pays attention to customer satisfaction, as their front desk personnel (all shifts) take pride in providing customers with 5-star concierge services.
