We had a wonderful stay at Suit Inn Rome with my family. The location of the hotel is excellent; it is right across from Termini Station, making it very easy to access everywhere. Most of the major attractions are within walking distance. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel manager was very attentive and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. My family and I felt very comfortable and at home during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome. It's the perfect choice for a comfortable stay and an ideal location...

No doubt about: the staff! Specially Valentina and her smile. She can make every thing become 5 star. For any question the guest ask her, she try hard to find a solution and most of the time, she gets a solution. Beside that, we find every thing very clean. The breakfast its not a five star breakfast, but we found every thing we need. Fruits, yogurt, bred, cheese, croissant, juice. The localization is special, very close to Rome Termini. The room has very good noise isolation and there is a nice bathroom, with a very good shower.

The real room its not exactly like the photos in the site. The photographer was eally very good and the panoramic mode made the room looks bigger than it really is. This fact creates a bigger expectative and a kind of deception when the real situation appears. It does not change my avaliation about the place, but it is not completly nice.

Excellent location,just across Termini,in main street! Great staff,very kind and friendly,all three. Breakfast is ok. We expected just croissants,but we also have sandwiches,flakes and fruits. Room is small,but nice and bathroom looks new.

It's unbelievably for me that they put fix shower in bathroom. You have just fix shower on ceiling and cabin is quite small. Bed was soft in the middle on my side,so it was not so comfortable for sleeping after all day walking. I think mattress is need to be changed. There is no mirror in the room (just in bathroom). It would be nice to put mirror on the door or on some wall.

We had a safe, comfortable, and happy stay in this property. Our room was big enough for the whole family. The Beddings were of good quality. Location is just across Roma Termini so it was easy for us to navigate around and best, easy for us to walk with all our luggages in tow. Valentina welcomed us warmly.

They served breakfast but mostly fruits and breads. Decent but if you are expecting something hot, it is not what they serve.

We like the location. It's right across Roma Termini Station. Take aways around the area with McDonalds too and Terravision Coach to Ciampino or Fiumicino airport is also a few steps from the aparthotel. And of course the people managing the property esp. [Valentina] beautiful inside and out. She makes you feel welcomed.

The area can be rough esp during the night. But the property is well locked 🔒 and we feel secured

Our stay was good. Clean room and bathroom. The breakfast was decent and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We got there well before check in and they worked extra hard to get our room ready for us. I was very grateful.

The area isn't the best. You're right in front of the train station, but you are only a walk away from everything you need or want to see.

Easy access to the train and Termini subway stop. We felt safe behind the many door and gates to enter the hotel. Breakfast was wonderful, although 8am was a bit late.

Reception was only there in the morning. Nobody was there in the afternoon or evening.

Friendly staff, access to the kitchen to make hot drinks. Heated bathroom tiles. Bottled water and fresh fruit daily. Happy to supply additional pillows , pillows were very comfortable. Kept things simple and did it well

Bed was small, room got very warm and the only way to cool was to leave the window open which made it very noisy . Someone in the hotel playing the piano at night. May have been a neighbor. Strange entry to the hotel through metal doors. You would not guess it was a hotel inside on one of the floors

Great location, clean accommodation with easy check in information. The breakfast situation is weird however fresh fruit and a proper coffee machine to use is a great bonus.

The sound proofing is non existent and I didn’t sleep very well to be honest. This was mainly down to the other guests leaving early with a young baby, who cried all evening, so I can’t mark the hosts down for this too much. My check in time seemed to be a problem. May I suggest an automated check in procedure?

Location is superb n its just right across from Roma Termini. Check in was a breeze, Fabio was quick to respond n access to unit was super fast. Letitia was superb in housekeeping n made breakfast for us. Valentina is very helpful. Overall, great location to everywhere to visit Rome with metro stn nearby and Roma termini is short walk 2mins away from hotel n great for short day trips to Florence or Napoli.
