The location is great, a short walking distance to train station, metro, and many sites. The room was made every day and basic toiletries were provided including even sleepers. I did pre-check, so when we got to the building I could just open main door electronically from my phone to enter the building. Then follow the other instructions to enter the room. The room is on the 2nd floor, but the building has elevator in case you need it.

There is no possibility for a direct contact with the owner or management in case you need help for something. Once you enter the building and get to your floor, there is a door to enter into hallway with the rooms. The door has lock that can be open multiple ways. The instructions were not clear how to open that door, and no code was provided, so few nights we had issues. The phone number provided in the email was not working. One night we were afraid that we'll sleep on the street. I had to contact "booking.com" agency to get help. Luckily after that, I was contacted by the owner or management via email and got a code for the pad next to the door. If we had the code from the beginning, there would have been no problem opening that entry door.

The air conditioning was great! Thank you!! The bathroom was very modern with good water pressure from the shower. The room was good sized and very accommodating. The pictures I received from Antonella of the outside of the building plus the building code were very helpful in finding the location and gaining access. I especially liked that the apartment was so close to Termini station so we could just walk our luggage to the station.

Street noise was a bit loud at night sometimes, but probably common due to the location being close to Termini station.

Super handy location near Termini Station. The room was comfortable and good value. We only stayed 2 nights as were just in transit so all we really needed was a place to store our bags during the day and sleep at night. The bed was very good, a kettle is provided and instant coffee plus milk and sugar. Street noise was not an issue. The neighborhood looks a little run down in places but we didn't feel unsafe at all. We would certainly consider Vespahouse for a future short stay if we were passing through Rome. The hop-on/hop-off buses all stop at Termini so it made it easy to see the city on our one free day. And the food market at Termini is excellent, not what we expected from a train station at all; it's like a scaled down version of Lisbon's Time Out market.

The room was serviced while we were out exploring the city but they didn't restock the coffee supplies. Pretty minor issue in the grand scheme of things but a detail we noticed.

We had an amazing two-night stay at Vespa .The apartment was beautifully decorated with a modern yet cozy vibe, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The Vespa-themed touches added a fun and unique character that made the space feel special. The location was super convenient – just a short walk from Roma Termini station, making it really easy to get around by train, metro, or bus. There were also plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby, which made dining out effortless. Highly recommend Vespa House for couples looking for a romantic and authentic Roman experience. We’d definitely stay here again!

Since there’s no reception, we initially found it a little tricky to enter using the code-operated system, but once we figured it out, it worked smoothly for the rest of the stay.

Perfect location for Roma Termini! The surrounding area might be a little rough around the edges for some, but it's like most major cities in the world today. Plenty of security in the terminal itself so never felt uneasy. Typical size room for Rome with nice bed and hot and cold showers with good AC for the brutal summer. Water replenished in mini-fridge was greatly appreciated! Great restaurants in the area, try the Restaurant Chinese Huaweiju a very short walk down the block. We enjoyed several meals there! By accident we found two very nice supermarkets within maybe 10 minutes leisurely walk from building. We did a brisk walk to the Colosseum and back in under 25 minutes. Enjoyed exploring the beautiful city on foot even in the oppressive heat! Buses at the terminal for around 3 Euros rt served our needs when going to Pantheon/Trevi area. Did Google directions search to find the appropriate bus #'s and times. Taxi from Termini to St. Peter.s in the morning took only 15 minutes and was very reasonable!

Getting inside from the second doors could be outlined a little better, but once you get used to it, it's manageable. Some sounds from above room I believe kept us up for about an hour only on one night. Put the bathroom vent fan off to drone noises out if you need to.

The location is fantastic, a stone's throw from the Termini station. The water for Bath was hot as i prefer a bath with the hot water to drain off the day's exploration induced stress. Clean bathroom as well as the room. Antonella 's husband came to rectify the electronic locker which needed new batteries . My flight landed early but i could keep my bags in a shop recommended by Antonella.

I had booked a single room so the bed was width wise smaller for me but a slim person won't have that problem. Creamer should be put along with tea/coffe sachets.

Location was fantastic and the place was clean would rent again extremely close to the bus and train station made it very easy for transportation and luggage. Even let us store our luggage at his shop until apartment was ready. good neighborhood

Little confusion about the door as there were two doors to get into one hallway and the room numbers did not match on the front of the doors to get in

Good localization, very close to Termini station but despite that it is quite quiet there so you can get a good nights sleep. The rooms are very clean, easy access, great place to start your visits (best is to walk everywhere - Collosseum is around 26-30 minute walk, same for other main atractions). The rooms are nice, contact with host is good. Really enjoyed my stay here and can agree with all others - this is a great place to stay for a weekend!

Check-in was convenient, and location near Rome Termini was great as we were catching a train out of town right after our arrival. Rooms felt updated, and were very clean.

The A/C didn’t work in one room. I’m sure if we’d stayed more than one night they would have been able to come fix it. (I didn’t notice till 3am so not really relevant). There’s a few stairs, which are only an issue if traveling with someone older or disabled.

Very close to the train station. The room was very clean with modern furnishings. The lighting was also good. Felt very secure in the building considering the high traffic area.

I wish there was more surface area to plug in electronics.These days it is necessary to recharge everything. Even to have plugs that are USB ready would be a great addition.
