Very close to the Termini station, just a minute walk. In Termini you have all kinds of shops and metro to go anywhere, and if you are up to walking, you can walk anywhere (that's what I did). So if you want accommodation that will be close to everything, that is the one. I also liked the hospitality of the host and his assistant. Very pleasant people.

It was a little loud at night because of the restaurant that is on the next entrance. Also the breakfast could be of more variety.

The host Mario was amazing. Breakfast was great, chef was there ready to serve cappuccino and delicious croissants. Location was super close to all main attractions and the train station, we never had issues finding a place to eat. The terrace at the B&B was a great place to come and cool off before dinner. All around fantastic spot.

Location was very good. A 2 minute walk to the main train and metro station. Mario was very helpful and provided lots of info with how to get around and what to go see. The room was cleaned everyday with some fresh towels. It was perfect for me and my partner just needing a place to sleep

There was a lot of noise outside our bedroom in the middle of the night, but we enjoy fresh air so had windows open

The host (Mario)was super responsive before checking and flexible. Jeff provided great service, breakfast was great and accommodated our request to leave luggage as our flight was late. Location was super convenient for airport shuttle and train station both. No issues as all! I would come back again!

very clean, and quiet. recent renovations and very comfortable. amazing wi-fi. couldn’t be more central, we were able to walk to every attraction. host was always very responsive via messages.

although it’s central, close to the station and with a lot of options for food, it’s situated on a area of rome that is not the most beautiful, with a lot of homeless people and very dirty. unfortunately this is a common problem in entire Rome. we never had any stressful situation though, just the usual tentative of approach to sell turista trips or ask for money.

Breakfast was served each morning by a friendly man. It was a croissant and yoghurt. Toast was also offered.

The outside terrace was not as glamorous as the photo plus scaffolding was up due to building work. We were told about this after booking. Photos on website may need to be updated.

Very comfortable and clean. Simple breakfast consisting of coffee and a croissant. We enjoyed having our coffee out on the terrace and listening to the sounds of the city. The location was perfect for us, right next to the Termini Station. Mario, the host was in constant contact upon check in and was incredibly helpful. Thank you Mario!!!!

The staff was very welcoming and supportive, the list of food suggestions in the room was fantastic. It was a clean, comfortable, and cosy room for a great price. The description on booking.com was absolutely accurate. :)

We liked that it’s very close to Termini Station, so travelling is quick and easy. We also found the bed extremely comfortable and the room is nice and clean, sophisticatedly designed. There are several nice restaurants nearby. Mario is also very nice and helpful, it was a pleasure to meet him. On the day of our arrival we arrived a couple hours early, and our room was obviously not ready yet, but we could safely leave our luggages at Termini Terrace for free, which made it possible for us to go on a nice trip in the city without having to carry all the suitcases with us. We could also refresh ourselves and change clothes in a private bathroom which we are very grateful for.

Wifi connection is a little unstable at times.

Amazing, compact and clean, highly recommended! We had an amazing stay at Mario's. If you are lucky enough to book your Roman stay at his accommodation, do not hesitate. Obviously, it is in the close proximity of Termini station (and as every station, it attracts a certain type of crowd), but we had no issues whatsoever, no outside noise in our bedroom (which was perfectly clean) and the flat is recently renovated, modern. Great location, everything is close and if you have an early flight back home, it is highly appreciated that you do not need to cross half the city painfully early in order to get to your transfer - a few steps, and you are at the station. It was an excellent experience - couples travelling on a budget (like we did) will LOVE it.
