Excellent location - airport shuttle bus stop is literally around the corner, as well as stations for numerous buses and two metro lines - easy to get to any almost location in city. One supermarket also around corner and some decent restaurants as well. Bear in mind that it is in vicinity of the main train station so the surrounding is much as expected. On the other hand, train station has decent shopping mall and therefore is quite fine for quick last moment shopping. The room was decent and clean (surprisingly good bed and pillows btw), as well as the shared kitchen, although not as new as on photos.

Useless chair and table in the room - both so old and rickety, like they were taken from a dumpster. Water pressure is a bit tricky, but just be patient - hot water will come eventually. Avoid the elevator, its only second floor after all.

Great location. 2 mins walk from Termini. I had to catch a train the early morning next day and it was ideal for me. Welcoming host. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay was provided (kitchen, cooking utensils and fridge)

It was a cozy room from one apartment. It was clean, we had private bathroom, a shared kitchen and because we had the windows in the back side it was silence. The wifi was good, hot water at the shower. The location is very good, near everything and our host, Alessandro was very nice. Thank you for the wine!!🙂 Down on the street you can have a coffe or breakfast at the first restaurant on the left, the lady was very nice.

It’s good for one or two nights

Termini station is just around the corner and we had a first, 4.50 am train to the airport. For 1 night it was great.! A room with the private bathroom. Host is a nice, warm, friendly person who loves movies and his job. He is not staying at the property. Neighbors are great too, very helpful people!

I needed Termini neighborhood but I didn't like being there during the late night hours, after restaurants were closed. Immigrants on the street yelling and fighting with each other all night long! Even when we were leaving the building at 4.30 am, they were in front of the gate fighting. Nothing happened, but it didn't feel safe outside. It didn't look like Rome. During the day it's quite opposite!

the location is good because the central station is 2 minutes walking, so you can take bus, underground or train very easy to find all the monuments or the sightseeings! The common kitchen has a lot of amenities! Also the host was polite and helpful!

The room was small,not comfortable, just to sleep and then to go, inside an old four stores house . The neighbourhood is a not the best!

I liked the location. It is close to the Termini Station, and about 30 minutes walk from Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon and Villa Borghese and about 1 hour walk from Vatican.

The beds are not that comfortable. There is a hot water in the shower, but the host needs to let you know how to get the hot water in the shower. Thank god I was having the same problem at home so I managed the water. Also, the TV cable was bad. I was planning to watch movies at night, but the TV cable was not working.

Noise outside at night

It was our first time in Rome so we didn’t know which hotel to choose. Then I found Cinema House and it was the best option. Hotel is in great location near train station, metro station, restaurants, supermarkets..and also about 30 minutes walk from historic centre. Rooms are clean with kitchen unit, television and many others. And also this hotel has the best staff I’ve ever met Alessandro welcome us with smile on his face, showed us our room, told us many useful informations about cinema house and about city and also gave us map of Rome. In the future if we decide to go to Rome we will choose this hotel again.

Everything was okay, nothing to hate.

Really good and polite staff. The room was clean and has everything you could need. Good location. Near to termini. Below the hotel there are restaurants and bars where you can have breakfast or drink until late at night. And next to hotel, there were places where you can leave your luggage in storage even after check-out. It was a very good solution for my case that I had a late flight.

I can't say anything in particular.

Alessandro is in charge of your stay and he is really nice and accommodating . We only stayed in Roma for a night so it was exactly what we needed. A room with AC, a private bathroom/restroom and a quiet place to rest. if I need to spend another weekend in Rome, I would definitely come back here! You are very close from Roma Termini (train station). And if you like to walk like me, you can walk to most sites by feet! And don’t get scared by people saying it’s a dangerous neighborhood, I walked by myself and nobody messed with me. You still have to be careful but it’s the same everywhere unfortunately.

Just maybe add shower gel in the bathroom but overall amazing.
