We got locked out of the hotel and no one was there to let us in. The sign says to ring the bell but no bell exists. They need to fix this issue asap

It is a very nice hotel. The restaurant was great for breakfast. Rooms and bathrooms were great. The staff were beyond fantastic! They were so helpful and accommodating. It was quiet yet it was just two blocks from the main train station. It was in a very busy neighborhood and there were many shops and restaurants all around the hotel. Taxis were very close to hotel.

It’s a bit of a seedy neighborhood. I understand big city cultures but was disappointed in the trash and graffiti in the neighborhood. However, I always felt safe walking around.

Excellent location close to Roma Termini. Desk staff spoke good English and were helpful. Nice little boutique-style hotel.

Elevator too small and slow -- took 15 min. to descend in the morning to check out as it was full every time it arrived on our floor. Not much they can do about that, though, seeing that the building is probably hundreds of years old!. Air conditioning failed the first night but was operational again for the second. Not much they could have done about that either. Not really 'dislikes', as such, and we would definitely stay with them again if in Rome.

The staff were exceptionally attentive and nice. Breakfast and service was top notch.

The location at night could be considered shady but we did not have any issues as we were always traveling with 2 or more persons. Otherwise it is a great place to rest your head.

Very close to train and all travel terminals. Friendly staff, very informative, fridge in the room, really good base with all amenities, good bathroom. Inner room very peaceful.

Rock hard bed sadly and noise from above and surrounding room guests felt as if they were sharing our room.

This Hotel was located very close to the train station. Within easy walking distance to some lovely restaurants. The hotel was clean and modern looking, the staff were excellent. The staff could not be more helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed to the Hotel the staff on the front desk were so attentive to our requirements. Allen on reception made our stay great, and he is a great ambassador for the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for him to sort things out in a very professional way. Thank you.

There was nothing going on in the Bar bad variety of drinks not even G&T. But there are coktailbars in every corner in the neighborhood so it didn’t spoil our holliday🍾🥂😁

Nice room, big enough to add a portable single bed and they made up the couch as another single bed to create a quadruple room. Beds were comfortable. The included breakfast offered hot dishes cooked to order which was a nice surprise.

The air conditioning didn’t work well so the room was hot at night. Be aware the area near the train station is a little less safe at night than other parts of town, although so convenient if you’re travelling by train.

Lovely room, just a bit too far out for main attractions but this was due to heat when walking distance. Our room was on 6th floor and clean and tidy. Would recommend

The location is perfect. Near trains and Metro. Quiet. The room was clean and enough for the two of us. The beds were for us too hard. The breakfast was very good. Enough too choose.

The towels. We get two big ones. That was great. Everyday one little towel.
