The location was great – just a few minutes’ walk from Termini Station, which was very convenient for us to catch the airport shuttle. You can easily walk to most main attractions in about 20–30 minutes, or use public transport nearby. There’s also a lovely café right below the building with great coffee. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

There was no balcony, and the area can be a bit noisy at times, but that’s just typical for central Rome and not the hotel’s fault. There isn’t a 24-hour reception, but communication via WhatsApp was available if needed.

The staff(Islam) was amazing. He was easy to deal with and answers us in a timely manner. The room was comfortable as we had separate beds, nice, clean and well kept. The room had ac, mini fridge and hairdryer. The hotel is budget friendly and conveniently located near the bus/metro station(Roma Termini), supermarkets, McDonalds, and other restaurants.

The door lock, we would suggest that the main and room doors changed to a digital one; The rooms are not sound proof you can hear people talking. The signs to go to the hotel room is a bit confusing as this hotel/property is located within a hotel/property- the entrance and elevator is shared among 3 other hotels.

Room is comfortable, location is great.

Check-out time was before 9:30 am, and the owner agreed to store our luggage for free at the supermarket downstairs after we checked out. However, at 7:30 am the next morning, the supermarket staff said we had to wait until 10 am to store our luggage. Although the owner replied an hour later that we could now store our luggage, it was too late. We had to pay 25 euros to store our luggage at the train station for four hours.

My room (303) was much better than I expected after reading bad reviews the day before my check-in: it was spacious, sunny, and clean. I didn't encounter any of the problems with hot water other guests mentioned in their comments. There was a desk to use my laptop and the WiFi was weak but good enough for my needs. The hotel is just a few steps away from the Termini station, and many of the great museums and architectures of Rome are within walking distance.

There's nobody at the reception so you need to be able to contact them when you arrive. The main door is barely functioning, with the handle barely hanging on, so one has to open it by grabbing the small fissure between the two halves of the door while turning the key. The window shutter was stuck so the people living in the next building could see inside the room. It can get a bit noisy in the night because the window is facing a busy street and it doesn't close very well. The staff's behaviour is bizarrely impolite and hostile, I would recommend them to listen to the guests polite suggestions instead of angrily denying reality. Overall, it's not bad at all for the price.

Very convenient location for exploring Rome! The staff is very helpful and would check in to see if I needed anything every time we met. The room was nicer than expected for the price and the shower is quite roomy by Italian standards. There is a small elevator which made bringing my luggage up very convenient. Best AC I've encountered in my month's stay in Italy!

The toilet wasn't easy to figure out. To flush, I needed to press it twice, which took a while to figure out. I could hear the crowds below during the football games, but otherwise, the noise from outside was mostly blocked by the windows.

Room was much larger than expected, clean and comfortable. It meet all of my needs. Location was a bit difficult since the signage is small and at waist level, with just a push to talk button available to contact individual to come open a large wooden door. No real amenities, just a room.

Call box was difficult to locate and sound was terrible to try and contact individual to check in.

From the pictures I was worried that the bed was just a mattress on a frame. It is but the mattress is very high quality. I was impressed that the room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I was only there one night but the location close to the train station worked out great for me. Since the last time I have visited Rome this area has a lot more restaurants. It’s perfect if you are looking for a good value.

The person I interacted with was very responsive. He quickly replied to my messages and he kept my bag in a secure location before I checked into my room and while I explored the city. I had just a little trouble finding the hotel because it is on the third floor of a building with two other hotels. There is a small sign about waist height by the door. The supermarket mentioned in the booking is not the one next door but down and across the street. These are not negatives just good things to know

The hotel was as it is on the pictures. It seems to be renovated recently. The location is ok. The guys that manage it are nice and helpful. I think for this price is ok.

The only problem that I had is with the vending machine in the corridor. Some guy came at 6:30 am 2 times to collect the coins or renovate it and made a lot of noise which was very disturbing and not normal....
