The hotel staff were very nice welcoming and upgraded our room. The room was old fashioned but very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The area around the train station was great, despite me having worried about it before.

First of all, I would like to thank Maria. She was very warm and kind, and always very helpful. Whenever I called, I could reach Maria. She helped me with restaurant recommendations and everything else. The hotel's location is excellent. It's accessible to tourist destinations, and the metro and bus stations are just a few minutes' walk away. The air conditioning works well. Even late at night, there are shopping venues and restaurants on the street. İt is safe. It's only a 5-minute walk to Rome Central Station. The room was very clean, cleaned daily, and comfortable.

Only the internet was a bit slow.

This is a 5 star 2 star hotel! It is exceptionally clean. The bed was comfy and the location was fabulous. The place is not so modern but the cleansiness well makes up for it. I would stay here again. Thank you Hotel Hollywood for making our stay memorable. I also want to mention the restaurant opposite the hotel, Trettoria Cecio and another not far, Caffe Farini. Both close and great food!

The shower a bit small but thats nit picking.

Very good location. Really very near train station, and close to numerous restaurants (Michelin starred resto as well as KFC), also a few convenient stores are just around the corner. The room faces inner yard so it was quiet without city bustle /noise The room is equipped with an air conditioning system and it does work (althogh we didn't use it but it comes handy when it gets hot) The receptioniste was absolutely charming.

Didn't catch any wifi from the room - there were signals but password didn't work. It didn't have an option for breakfast. It wasn't quite of a problem for us.

What we liked the most was the location and the cleanliness. Every day when we came back tired, the room was clean and tidy. Amazing! The staff was also great! I would definitely give it 5 stars.

Even though we didn’t catch cold days, the shower water was never hot on any of the days. I would say it was more lukewarm, leaning towards cold.

Maria on the reception was really lovely and very kind. I was stranded late at night in Rome unexpectedly because of a train strike and I was lucky to be able to find this place at short notice, and also because it was a saturday so the hotels in the area were all very busy. She went out of her way the next day to help me with keeping my bag which avoided all the queues for the station baggage etc and let me sit in the lobby for rests during the next day after walking a long way in Rome waiting for my train. I really appreciated her kindness. The street it is in is quite nice and has a nice feel to it. I had a window out onto the street which I liked. Also, it's only on the first floor which I also liked - some places are several floors up.

It was quite a high price but it was the cheapest option I could find at that point in the evening without going quite a long way from the train station and this was the rate for what I needed that night.

Rooms need to be updated from 1970... No refrigerator.. like to cool water bottles. No tea or coffee making . All things that in this day and age with travelling a must.. lift a bit dodgy.. It's not really a hotel. 1 floor for different hotels, which appears to be the norm here.. paid more than I hoped. Next time staying outside Rome and train it in..

Location is 2 mins from Termini Station and no more than 20 min walk to most of the main attractions. If you are just looking for somewhere to put your head down this is hotel for you. Really nice restaurants on street opposite. Like many hotels in Rome it has a Reception in alternative building then you are taken to building next door and often up elevator. There is no where to sit, options for breakfast or lounge but Iit did exactly what it said on the tin

First of all I loved the very warm welcome from Lucia and Maria!!! This was a nice experience. I was taken straight to the room and shown all around. Thank you! ❤️ The facilities were in excellent condition and very clean. The hotel itself located just two blocks away from the Termini station as well as tram, bus and metro stops/station. It's a good location although very crowded. Loads of restaurants and shops around so plenty to choose from. The room was quiet, same the neighbours and outside the window (inner courtyard). I had experienced no problems at all.

The hotel is a true Italian experience, very clean and cozy, it has a great location, close to the train, subway, restaurants, bars and much more, very attentive staff. They paid attention to the fact that it was a birthday celebration and even offered a treat. I recommend it to everyone.
