The property is in a nice, convenient location. About a 4 minute walk from Roma Termini, a prime station in Rome. The facility is nice and clean. I was greeted by Rana who was a god sent and gave some of, if not the best service I’ve ever received anywhere. I was given a nice room with the inner building view you would expect from an Italian property.

The hot water basically didn’t exist. And in a hot and humid environment like Italy where you need to go straight to a shower, it can very uncomfortable and inconvenient being left to only hot water.

Perfect location near the train station and within walkable distance to all the main attractions in Rome. There were turtles when you walked into the accomodation complex. Good use of space and exactly what we needed for a two night stay. The staff were really nice about check out and gave us water before we left for free.

Our air conditioner did not really work. Barely any air came out of it which was unfortunate after walking all day in the heat. The shower temperature handle was also hard to control it went from either freezing to extremely hot but definitely not a deal breaker.

April 2024 stayed four nights in room four on the ground floor of the building on the right side of the courtyard. Room is fine with two twins together to make a king sized bed. Closet unit with a few hangers and a couple shelves. Safe in the closet. Small desk with chair and an electric kettle to make instant coffee or tea. Four hooks by the entry for coats and a fold up since bed as the extra seating. The bathroom is very small with a bidet hose/wand. Only mirror available is in the bathroom and it’s quite small. Hair dryer on the wall is the kind you have to keep a button depressed in order for the unit to work.

Very comfortable room, small fridge, kettle, the bed was so great good comfortable relaxing sleeping. Termini so closed we visited couple city's soo early week up so just couple minutes to Termini. Bedroom excellent size.So lovely quiet , warm we used the heater couple of nights. Isn't have breakfast but no big problems supermarket just 5 minutes. Fridge in the room, kettle make for coffee. And starting the long day. This block where is the hotel so quiet, excellent relaxing after the long day. We wish to go back again exploring Roma , secret place we want to choice again this guest house. Staff is so friendly helpful. Thank you so much

Helpful staff and a very good location—just a 3-minute walk from Roma Termini. Most attractions, like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain, are within a 20-minute walk. The room was clean and offered good value for money, making it a great choice for a short stay when most of the time is spent exploring the city.

The only suggestion would be to install bathroom and toilet doors, as it may not be comfortable to shower in front of others.

Stepping into Piumith Guest House, we were greeted by Giuseppe, the receptionist extraordinaire, who transformed a simple map into a masterpiece of abstract directions, leaving us marveling at his navigational prowess. Our cozy room was a testament to the cleaning crew's dedication, operating with the stealth of ninjas armed with vacuum cleaners. Their early morning symphony of cleaning equipment ensured our wake-up call was delivered before the roosters even considered a morning crow. Despite the antics of cleaning supplies, we recommend this spot for its convenience. Just remember your earplugs and a good sense of humor - Piumith Guest House promises a memorable stay!

Hotel Ompa Lumpas 😜

Location is amazing, second street from the main Roma Termini station, which is main spot for all the traffic including Air Shuttle from Ciampino airport. Also, you can find shops and coffee places to have an espresso even when other restaurants are closed during the lunch break. Guest house is in the old building with authentic garden so you immediately feel Rome vibes and way of living. View from the window is so cool. And, for the end, Stefano the best host un the world will be your best friend during your stay. This guy knows everything you ask and can help with great tips and tricks for better experience of Rome. If we come again, we will stay here again for sure! Room was clean, comfortable and we have extraordinary wi fi signal at 4th floor.

Everything was perfect. Great value for the money!

Perfect place for a stay at the center of Rome. Nice quite room in a building looking out at the courtyard. Very helpful, professional and kind host. Offered water on our arrival, brought our luggage to the room and we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out. Which is perfect with the hotel located 2 min from the train station Termini from where we travelled to the airport later that day. Thank you so much!

the location is very convenient, 5 minutes to the train and bus station. The Colosseum is less than half an hour walk away. There are many restaurants, cafes and shops around. Beautiful courtyard and garden, cozy and warm rooms, cleaning every day.

Everything that was happening in the corridor could be heard in the room. The doors are very thin.

Very friendly host, possibility to leave luggage after check out, the room is nice and big, it's clean, the bathroom, shower is good and renovated, lovely garden in the place in front of the entrance

The mattress in the bed is quite uncomfortable, you can feel the springs very bad... And there was no pillowcase for the blanket, which you could see, that have been through a lot...
