Absolutely brilliant location! A two minute walk from the station. Most of the major attractions are only a short bus ride/walk away. Roberto the host is really helpful with directions and made us feel welcome. The apartments are clean and well appointed. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend. A little gem.

Location is very good, the bed is comfortable, the price is fair

Check-in is not easy without clear instructions. When we arrived the address, we couldn’t get in because not knowing the hotel on which floor. Though the manager tried to text me at last minute, I didn’t have internet access to get her text. Why couldn’t she send me the instructions before my trip?

The location is excellent—very close to the train station! Despite this, it still feels safe. There are several grocery stores and restaurants on the same street, and within a 10-minute walk, you can find Asian supermarkets and Chinese restaurants, making it a great choice for Asian travelers. The hotel is on a high floor but has an elevator, so there’s no need to worry about carrying luggage. The room has an independent air conditioning system, and although the bathroom is slightly small, it is fully equipped. The host humbly mentioned that they don’t provide breakfast, but the dining area offers instant beverages, milk, juice, and cereal, which was enough for us!

Possibly due to the sink design and hard water, the cleanliness of the dining area could be improved. The kettle was full of limescale, which was quite surprising for Asian travelers.

The room was spacious, spotless, and most importantly, very quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. They do not serve cooked breakfast but there was fruit and snacks and most Importantly, a serve-yourself Nespresso machine with fresh milk. It’s two blocks from the main train station, and while it’s not the most picturesque neighborhood, you can’t beat the convenience if you have a train to catch.

It was a little tricky to find the place, there is no sign, but if you know the street number and the fact that you have to take the elevator to the fifth floor, you will be fine. The elevator was tiny and a little scary if you are not used to European ones, but it did the job.

The hotel is 200m from Termini station! The location is perfect. We reached at 3 am, it was night and we could reach the hotel in 3-5 minutes. I would like to appreciate the woman who was welcoming us! We were in touch all our trip , as soon as we get to the plane in our country. Even if they didn’t have night check in she was there to welcome us ! It was so pleasure! Even if I told her just tell us room number and leave, we will make everything in the morning, she told me that she will wait as much as it will be needed. For sure next time we will book again! The room was small but very comfortable! Bathroom was clean. All necessary staff was included. The bed was fantastic! Big and comfortable. Everything was very clean. And we had a bonus self served breakfast. Usually we don’t have breakfast in the morning but coffee and yogurt were great! Plus pistachio liqueur👏👏

The beds were super comfortable and the showers were awesome!! We were welcomed by a lovely lady who answered all our questions. The owners are so accommodating and I am pretty sure they would meet you at the property no matter what hour you showed up. We struggled to find the hotel but she sent us a location link and stayed close to the phone until we sorted ourselves out!

Although the breakfast area is something they have set up as a free service it is not super clean.

Very well organized place with nice, comfortable well-appointed rooms. Great location for us in the very lively and central Termini area. Superb access to all transport. Kind, friendly and helpful owners. We really appreciated Roberto’s advice and recommendations. Nice communal kitchen area stocked with the basics for an easy do it yourself breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

We loved the location as it’s extremely close to the train station. This hotel might only have 5 rooms which made it very quaint and quiet. We had a very early flight and was easy check out + walk to the train. Roberto was extremely kind and helpful as well!

This B&B is located only a short distance from Roma Termini railway station. Check-in was simple and efficient with good communication with our hosts. The room was clean and well appointed. What was also appreciated was the opportunity to have breakfast in the morning and also to leave our luggage secure in the lobby before our afternoon departure. Another plus was the restaurant next to the entrance, where we enjoyed a reasonably priced and tasty dinner.

The location was ideal for traveling around the city and other cities, too. The area was so quiet and we had a great view. The room was clean and tidy. On top of our stay was the free breakfast offered anytime of the day and of course our host Roberto who was super kind and always available when we needed something! Absolutely recommended!
