Location is perfect. Everywhere you can go by foot, 20min walking from Colloseum. Around the apartment are lot of restaurants and shops, next to the main train station. Host is very helpful, and it was very clean, they are clining every day and it was perfectly clean. It's also quite, it's not a loud like some people were writing. Street is quite, no traffic, and other guests in that period were also quite.

Bed and pillows are uncomfortable and should be replaced. It seams there is some problem with hot wather, one night we had to shower with ice cold wather, but next day when we reported this to the host it was imidiatly solwed. There is no shampoo, only shower gel.

The room is quite cute. It's cheap, in good location, fully worth of money. All main sight seen are not far and can easily reach any by feet or take a metro. The apartment owner owns a restaurant nearby, when we got there, we were treated as part of Italian family. And he gave us a good discount ;)

I would suggest doing some minor renovations to the shower.

The perfect location, like a 20-30 minute walk from landmarks and a 5-minute walk to the tram, bus station, and metro, plus the ideal AC made it one the most comfortable places to stay in the hottest days of Rome.

I liked the location. It’s only 3 minutes walk from Termini train station. Alfredo was super helpful as my key got jammed in the door, and he was able to help me within the hour despite working at a restaurant.

near romana termini, so close to all the places we want to go . we ended up walking to every where on our list. Low budget friendly, and staff are friendly all of them. specially Alex, he help us on a lot of things. His restaurant where you get the key for the room , food so great aside from the discount we get for our dinner 😊

It could ve easier to find the room with a sign. We did not read the email that said we had To go to the restaurant and we had no club until we saw a neighbour

host waited for us, despite of delay and no connection for internet. taken feedback about hot water disruption quckly and acted to fix it.

toilet cover was a bit displaced and unstable. lack of hot water and inability to take showers delayed our plans

The place has a great location with very easy access to transportation. Everything went smoothly for us and we had a very good experience.

The room was good occupied the location is perfect so easy to get there.the stuff were so nice and helpful.thanks to them my trip was amazing and it will not be the last in Incantoromano guest house. Thank u guys for everything i really appreciate

this was great value for money. the owner was very helpful. we ate at his restaurant every night. the Tiramisu was amazing and he even made us takeaway when we departed. as for the room the aircon broke on 2nd night but was fixed within hour of messaging him. the room was serviced daily. it’s a great location and definitely better than spending €1000+ for our trip. it also has a little fridge in the room.

the only complaint was the water pressure. it’s still ok, but I’m just use to power water at home. I think it’s just Rome because other places also had weak pressure.
