I don't know what people expect - this was one of the cheapest options in Rome city centre and we got a pretty large, clean room with very comfortable beds, fully functional bathroom, fridge and air conditioning just a few minutes by foot from main train station. You need keys to enter the yard, the hotel and the room so we felt safe. Staff is friendly, not always on site but reachable by messages. Some things can be better, like having drinking glasses/mugs and a kettle in the room, but in general I would stay here again.

The staff was super nice and accomodating! We were only there for one night and arrived early. He made sure our room was ready in the morning so we could checkin already. He showed us the places to go on the map and when we were leaving we could leave our luggage there for the whole day! The bed is really comfortable and the room was quite big. The bathroom is small, but the shower was big. The location is perfect. 5 mins walk from Roma Termini and Colosseum is in walking distance. We took the electric lime scooters to get around, because it was a really hot day. There are enough scooters in the street of the hotel which is great if you don't want to walk that much. The price was perfect for the quality. So for people on a budget or people just staying in rome for a few days I would really recommend this. Had a really lovely stay!

The only thing that may be something to complain about is the shower that is not consistent. It gets hot and cold so not ideal to take long showers.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and we are so glad we chose it. Everything was impeccable. The room was spotless, the location is excellent (just 2–3 minutes from Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore and about 20 minutes from the Colosseum), and very close to the metro and bus stations, which made it super easy to reach all the important sights. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. Communication was great even before our arriv. They provided us with all the necessary directions, answered promptly at any hour, and helped us with any questions we had. They really made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The room itself was spacious, very nice, and equipped with everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return, as this hotel is an excellent choice.

The location was great. Though it was very close to Termini station (3 minutes walk) on a very active and noisy street (lots of shops, restaurants also many shops and a supermarket inside the station) the room overlooked a quiet and peaceful courtyard, so we slept quite well. The room was large with a big comfortable bed. I read some reviews about smell in the rooms, so would like to say that there wasn't any smell in our room. It was well cleaned and had everything we needed for our 4 nights stay. The manager was nice and very responsive. We also could leave our luggage at the hotel for the last day, which was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially to those who plan to visit other cities during their stay in Rome. Also there is a metro station and bus stops near the hotel, so the location is ideal in this regard.

Would be great to have couple of cups and a kettle in the room maybe? or a coffee machine to drink a small cup of espresso early in the morning :)

Great location being 2 streets away from the main train station Roma Termini, which made the trip much more relaxed and not stressful trying to find the hotel. Staff came out to greet me and my friend on arrival. Reception staff very helpful and always there if needed - we was able to pick our room as there was only 2 left when we checked in which was great. Overall for 2 nights 3 days couldn’t complain!

Cleanliness could improve in bathrooms, updated shower curtains etc. Bedroom decor and bedding is a little bit outdated but doesn’t affect your sleep. It’s just personal preferences.

This hotel has a great location and you can walk to the train station, metro and bus stops in 5 minutes. The friendly and helpful staff are there to help you. They try to help you if you need anything. They also gave us general information about places to visit and transportation when we first entered the hotel.

The engine noise coming from outside at night was disturbing. Also, the hot water in the bathroom was insufficient and the drains were problematic.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was simple but had everything we needed, including a mini fridge. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to historic sites, Termini/metro/nighttime airport shuttles, and numerous good restaurants. The turtles in the courtyard were a delight as well! Our room was on the second floor, so we didn’t see our host much after check in or any other guests (though we did hear them come in sometimes).

The location is really nice. It's only two blocks from the Termini Station. From the termini station, you can take the metro and access all the famous landmarks. Its also within walking distance to a lot of attractions if you prefer to walk. Omar is very helpful. This hotel is not a luxury hotel. It's a basic hotel for sleeping. I didn't have any WIFI problems when I was there for 4 nights. The room had a desk area with a mini fridge, two night stands, more than one wall outlet, WIFI, wardrobe and hair dryer. I would have liked a kettle though. I would stay here again for another budget trip to Rome.

The staff was really kind and helpful. The room was cold after 20.00 (January), but we asked for an extra blanket, so we slept very well. Even though there were two beds joined together and not a double one, they were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! The room was also very clean and with a lot of space. The bathroom was also comfortable with hot water available all day. For the price we paid, we were positively and extremely surprised!

The general area is a bit sketchy at night, as it always happens near the train station, in all cities. Be a bit careful, but it's not something to worry about

The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was really kind, friendly and helped a lot with recommending places to see and eat. They also let us to leave our bags earlier and gave us a room in the 1st floor to avoid the stairs as one of us had a problem to climp them. The location is very good too as it has bus stops and Roma Termini (trains and metro) in walking distance (5 minutes top)
