The staff was super nice and accomodating! We were only there for one night and arrived early. He made sure our room was ready in the morning so we could checkin already. He showed us the places to go on the map and when we were leaving we could leave our luggage there for the whole day! The bed is really comfortable and the room was quite big. The bathroom is small, but the shower was big. The location is perfect. 5 mins walk from Roma Termini and Colosseum is in walking distance. We took the electric lime scooters to get around, because it was a really hot day. There are enough scooters in the street of the hotel which is great if you don't want to walk that much. The price was perfect for the quality. So for people on a budget or people just staying in rome for a few days I would really recommend this. Had a really lovely stay!

The only thing that may be something to complain about is the shower that is not consistent. It gets hot and cold so not ideal to take long showers.

Great location being 2 streets away from the main train station Roma Termini, which made the trip much more relaxed and not stressful trying to find the hotel. Staff came out to greet me and my friend on arrival. Reception staff very helpful and always there if needed - we was able to pick our room as there was only 2 left when we checked in which was great. Overall for 2 nights 3 days couldn’t complain!

Cleanliness could improve in bathrooms, updated shower curtains etc. Bedroom decor and bedding is a little bit outdated but doesn’t affect your sleep. It’s just personal preferences.

The location is really nice. It's only two blocks from the Termini Station. From the termini station, you can take the metro and access all the famous landmarks. Its also within walking distance to a lot of attractions if you prefer to walk. Omar is very helpful. This hotel is not a luxury hotel. It's a basic hotel for sleeping. I didn't have any WIFI problems when I was there for 4 nights. The room had a desk area with a mini fridge, two night stands, more than one wall outlet, WIFI, wardrobe and hair dryer. I would have liked a kettle though. I would stay here again for another budget trip to Rome.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was simple but had everything we needed, including a mini fridge. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to historic sites, Termini/metro/nighttime airport shuttles, and numerous good restaurants. The turtles in the courtyard were a delight as well! Our room was on the second floor, so we didn’t see our host much after check in or any other guests (though we did hear them come in sometimes).

The staff was really kind and helpful. The room was cold after 20.00 (January), but we asked for an extra blanket, so we slept very well. Even though there were two beds joined together and not a double one, they were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! The room was also very clean and with a lot of space. The bathroom was also comfortable with hot water available all day. For the price we paid, we were positively and extremely surprised!

The general area is a bit sketchy at night, as it always happens near the train station, in all cities. Be a bit careful, but it's not something to worry about

The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was really kind, friendly and helped a lot with recommending places to see and eat. They also let us to leave our bags earlier and gave us a room in the 1st floor to avoid the stairs as one of us had a problem to climp them. The location is very good too as it has bus stops and Roma Termini (trains and metro) in walking distance (5 minutes top)

Everything was ok

At first it was a bit scary walking into the building but it was actually a very cute antique style location (we enjoyed the little turtle pond) Omar was a excellent! He was kind and friendly, our stay was pleasant and relaxing. The location was great and the room was clean and it was value for money considering the alternatives. There is room for improvement, such as having: Kettle Water Mini fridge Breakfast (maybe like a coupons method) Other than that great place and hosts

Staff were friendly, and very helpful all throughout the day and made us feel safe within the accommodation. Good spot as we walked everywhere. Also near train station so that was convenient too.

Only problem is the area is very dodgy, staff did advice not to try stay out later than 12, however once when walking back only a min away from hotel a psychotic guy fought my dad for his chain (before 12am). So just have to be aware and more careful.

Excellent location - 2 blocks from Termini Station and 2 blocks from Santa Maria Maggiore - lots of restaurants & cafes around. Very safe area. Very quiet and dark. Only noise was from travelllers in 2 rooms within our shared hallway - not horrible. Excellent communication with the owner-quick response and very helpful with information. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was very dusty (a large part due to city/open windows). The room amenities were minimal - no backup roll of toilet paper, only 2 large towels and 1 smaller towel for 2 people, not changed every day. Also, the room could use better lightbulbs - harsh white in bedside table lights and only overhead light in the bathroom.

We had an overall great time here! We only stayed one night upon our arrival in rome, and it was a good place to stay in as it is very close to termini station, which is your first destination in rome when you take the direct train (leonardo express) which I can also recommend. The accomodation is clean, looks like the pictures and has everything advertised, the staff members we met were friendly and helpful. It is a good place for travellers on a budget, as rome especially in season is quite expensive, so you can go here for a comparibly good price. You get what you expect and can count on the staff to help you out when needed.Thank you!
