The hotel's location is very good; near the Termini train station and also the bus stop. The hotel is also surrounded by many good places to eat and places were tourists can buy souvenirs from. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The elevator still feels like a death trap. It's my second stay here and they still use the same small elevator (they said they cannot renovate it because of a code regarding period buildings). But the more you use it the more you will get to trust it, just be sure to get over the shock the first time.

The railway station is very close. To go to the city with public transport is 10-20 minutes by underground. We get soap, and other things every they, when the were empty. In the reception the man was very kind. He said us everything. There are 8-10 restaurants close.

The breakfast was the same on every day. The foods often run out and had to wait to the refill. The neighborhood was a little strange. Like Hungarian district 8. A lot of hawkers were on the streets and they tried to bought everything for you.

Shower slow to drain, so had the be quick so the pan didn’t overflow.

Great location and close to Termini where the local buses, metro and train are located. Nearby you may find supermarkets, shops and many nice restaurants/ on the go. Nice and clean room with a daily housekeeping. Very comfortable beds. We would definitely stay again if we ever visit Rome again. The breakfast was ok. There are coffee machines from where you can choose whatever you want, tea, milk, juices/water, corn flakes, cold cuts etc and of course croissants. Fruits can be added as a daily option.

This hotel worked very well for us as a quick stop-over in Rome before an early flight. It is a only a few minutes’ walk from Termini station which is very convenient for catching the airport train. It is also surrounded by nice restaurants, including some lovely Chinese restaurants for something different. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to check-in even though we arrived about an hour early, which we really appreciated. The room was compact but suited us very well. The air-conditioning was very effective. We only had a short time for breakfast, but the pastries that we had were very tasty and there was a good selection.

The room seemed in need of some minor repairs: for instance the cover for the button to flush the toilet was coming off but still functional. The lift was very small and so we had to take it one by one. In fact, on the morning that we left, the lift wasn’t functioning at all so we needed to carry our bags down the stairs from the fourth floor. Luckily this was not a problem for us, but it might have been for others.

Very friendly staff, good location, very clean hotel, very good breakfast. The only "not excellent" experience was the internet connection, that is, rather weak wifi signal, otherwise everything really good!

No frills, 80s decor in bedtooms, winding narrow passway to breakfast room with some steps/slopes but despite this great value, helpful staff and ideal location for onward train and bus travel

Both the bed and pillows are very comfy, the shower really spacious and with great water pressure. The breakfast buffet has a good enough selection of food and the pastries, although probably not from an artisanal baker, were great.

The room only had a portable air conditioning unit and it was too loud to be used during the night. Unfortunately the street in front of the hotel has many restaurants and is loud until very late at night so keeping the window open was less than optimal. If you're booking a stay in summer be sure to check what type of A/C your room has.

I was there just one night and I wanted something close to the train station. It is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The reception staff were also very friendly.

At night it's very very loud! I am really not sensitive but honestly I couldn't sleep all night from the noise that's coming from outside. If you want to rest I don't think it's possible. The hotel is nice but I would never book it again.

The hotel’s location is super convenient – just a 3-5 minute walk from the central train station and within walking distance to all the main attractions. Perfect for exploring Rome! The breakfast was really good with plenty of options to start the day right.

On the downside, the bedding could have been cleaner, and there was no blanket cover, which I found out is pretty common in Rome. Also, there was no kettle or tea/coffee in the room, which would have been nice for a 3-star hotel.
