Central location 5 minute walk from the train centre . we walked to all the main attractions from here including the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum and Pantheon, but also very close to the Metro if needed. Delightful room , very welcoming and comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing stay . Very informal atmosphere making this a real home from home. Breakfast was relaxed and there is no pressure , you just go at your own pace. St. Martins is very clean and it is apparent from you when you first arrive that you are going to receive a first class service. I cannot recommend enough. Christina and her partner are wonderful ! As soon as I had booked I received an informative email and was kept updated regarding directions etc. We arrived late evening but Christina was there to welcome us and made us feel like VIPs from the moment we arrived and this was consistent throughout our stay . My partner is renowned for finding fault but cannot wait to return here , there is no better compliment than that xx

Spacious room with a good size TV. Nice size window that opens wide to give extra ventilation for the hot weather. Good shower. Excellent storage space. Good facilities for making coffee, tea and toast. Microwave available. Quiet location. No outside noise. Manjula who runs the B&B is a lovely friendly man who has a great local knowledge of the area and is always willing help with any questions and was in attendance every morning ready to clean the room.

For my liking the bed and pillows were a little hard but that is always a personal thing. Some noise from other guests in the morning but I guess it gets you out of bed ready to enjoy a full day but not necessarily welcomed if you have been out until 1 o'clock in the morning and in need of bit of a lay in! I would have liked a fresh large shower towel every day. A bit too far away from the city centre. I like a good walk, and prefer to walk, but my feet and legs were grateful for a good rest at the end of the day!

Our stay was absolutely amazing, the room was spacious and the bed was super comfy. The room had a private bathroom and we had amenities in the room, like a small fridge, a kettle to boil water, mugs, tea and instant coffee. The breakfast was great, we had bread, cereal, milk, juice, yogurt, cheese and ham, jam and even cakes. The room and also the common areas were always super clean thanks to our host, Manjula. He was very welcoming and nice, and gave us a ton of advice about the city and a lot of laughs, we thoroughly enjoyed meeting him and will always be grateful. Thank you Cristina for always answering our messages promptly and being so nice to us and Manjula for welcoming us into Rome. We will never forget it. We wish you the best! Alex & Sofia

Room was very nice. Great to be able to open a window, unlike many hotels where you can't.

I wish there was a communal refrigerator to put some food items in. The tiny one in the room only fits one item. I also would have liked healthier breakfast snacks. No one else seemed to care but I prefer maybe a few organic nut butters or other choices for better bread or bagels.

homely Italian feel. rustic and comfortable. the lady who owns was so lovely and made sure you were sorted with everything. really handy to station (10min walk). Aircon and black out blinds make the room very comfortable. the shower was fantastic. the breakfast is a wee bonus esp with the reasonable cost but we enjoyed going out for something extra. the lift was great which meant no carrying luggage up stairs. and keys to numerous doors made feel real safe as it’s like Fort Knox.

because it’s a B&B noise can be heard in morning. but we didn’t mind this at all. still much nicer than a hotel which be twice the price.

We really liked this cozy and athmospheric place and had some great days here and in Rome. The homelike appartment was located in the 5th floor with a reliable elevator and a neighboorhood that felt save at all times day and night. The building is only 5 minutes from Termini station where the airport bus shuttle stops and where you can also find the big metro station and central bus terminal (which is very practical as you can use a lot of busses to nearly all locations all over Rome) and it is only a 3 minute walk to Santa Maria Maggiore and only a 20 minutes walk to the Collosseum. We have rented all four rooms of the appartment (each had a own bathroom) for our group and had the chance to use the well equiped kitchen (which had sufficient space that our group of 7 people could have breakfast together every morning) and the very nice, cozy living room for our group alone. Christina the owner who welcomed us on the first day and Manjula who helped with the preparation of breakfast every day were very friendly and very helpful all the time and tried to fullfil all wishes that we had during our stay. All rooms and their individual bath rooms were very clean (they were cleaned every day) with very comfortable beds, air condition and good showers in the small, but modern bath rooms. So overall a very good experience and perfect for our group during our stay in Rome (it felt like a second home for us). Grazie mille to Christina and Manjula.

It was the best b&b I have ever stayed at. Cristina was such a nice host, very warm and welcoming. Manchuli who manages the property in the morning was so friendly and helpful and also very caring! The b&b is very well decorated, all of the artwork shows that the owners has very good taste for art. The place is very close to everything, you can walk from there to every where. Very well located. The room is so clean and has all of the facilities you need. I would totally recommend this to my friends!

Communication with the owner was very good, clear instructions to get to the accommodation from the train station were provided.The house is very old and quirky but comfortable and clean. Mandula who organised our breakfast, was very friendly and gave us great directions and advice.

The house is on a busy street, lots of traffic noise outside. This did not affect us as we were tired after walking around Rome.

I really liked staying at Bed and Breakfast St. Martin. It has a cosy feel that makes you feel at home and it's very central, within a walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. Both Cristina and her employees are very helpful and provide you with plenty of good tips to make sure you get the most out of your stay in Rome. They also abswer immediately via booking.com should you have any questions.

Good location, easy to get to as it is very close to Roma Termini. Small BnB with only 4 or so total rooms. Once we got the keys it was easy to get back into the building. Met some nice and interesting people in the BnB. Breakfast was good and our host was accommodating. Access to make your own coffee or tea if you'd like.

Was a bit hard to find as it is in a building with dentist offices in addition to other apartments. You need to look for the bit wooden door and see on the directory to the right of the door to know you're in the right place. Once we found it, it was easy to access and felt like a safe area. Some of the fixtures in the BnB were broken (bathroom sink, fridge door in Kitchen). However I spoke to the owner on the way out and they let me know that these things have been fixed. So I think think they are taking care of issues in the BnB as they come up. Room is a bit small and in an odd shape, but we didn't find it inconvenient.
