good breakfast, enough for me (salty and sweet, good coffee, yougurt, fruit). Location excellent just near St Maria Maggiore church and 10 minutes from Termini station. Nice personnel.

Hotel is well located, just 6 mins walk to Termini station/food market and just 15mins walk to the Colloseum. The Hotel interior has a fancy designer look. The single room was small and basic but functional and clean, with a desk, big wardrobe and space for your luggage. The view from the window was an interesting interior or flats. The toilet and shower are nice and modern. 2x Small sachet shower gel/shampoo was provided as well as two small soap bars. The staff are cheerful, friendly, helpful and spoke good English.

The breakfast is not bad but basic: apples, bananas, oranges, bread, cheese, ham, yogurts, some cakes, corn flakes, tea or coffee and juice. No toaster, no hot food. When I asked for a toaster, they said there isn't one but they have a microwave. In the room there was no AC remote. No extra blanket or pillow, but an extra pillow was given when asked for. Flat screen TV but really small and limited to Italian TV and radio. The shower was blocked so it filled up with water like a bath. No glass for drinking.

Front desk agents were amazing. It was great to check bags early and enjoy the town! I think two names were Florentino and Simon. There was another too, but didn't get a name. He told us where to get gelato nearby. It was great the room could accommodate a family of 4. Air conditioning was cold and worked well. Room was serviced daily. We thought it was odd to leave key every time we left, but felt safe. There is a fridge and safe in room. Great location. Lots nearby. We did leave a Bluetooth headset, red, that has only been used on two trips. It does work so someone should use it. It wasn't the button that we thought to turn on though. Just fyi. Prob side of twin bed.

There was a very musty smell in the bathroom. We did feel a bit crowded with beds so close together and tripped a little in middle of night. It was not stated when we made reservation, but we were charged $6 person per day...cash only.

The staff were brilliant, especially the people on reception. They were very friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage on both days to allow us to explore Rome baggage free. On day 2 they gave us free bottles of water when we were leaving. They went really above and beyond expectations to make our stay enjoyable. The cost of the night for a 3 bed room was very budget friendly. Breakfast was included. Basic continental breakfast but more than sufficient for our needs. The location is really near the train station and a one minute walk brings you to the metro station where you can easily access the sites of Rome.

Amazing Stay – Central, Comfortable, and Full of Heart! This was already my second stay here, and once again, everything was just perfect. The hotel is in a great central location – so many restaurants, supermarkets, and sights are within easy walking distance. The breakfast is fresh, delicious, and varied, and the coffee is truly excellent. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere is warm and relaxing. The entire team is not only extremely friendly and professional but also genuinely funny and full of positive energy – they really make you feel at home. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay and will definitely come back!

This hotel is perfect for a city break. Location is excellent, 5 min walk to termini station. Easy access to buses, trains etc. Not too far from some attractions like colloseum, trevi fountain, spanish steps. Lots of restaurants & shops close by. Staff were very friendly, gave us bottles of water every evening for the room, gave good advice for restauraunts, attractions, travel etc. Room basic but clean & comfortable. Breakfast was good, continental style, we had no complaints, lovely croissants, bread, ham & cheese, yogurt, cereal, lots of fruit, good coffee. Breakfast staff very friendly & helpful. Most of the staff have good english, which was great as we don't speak any Italian. Really enjoyed our stay here.

There is no bar at the hotel, but plenty of bars close by. No view from the room. No tea/coffee facilities in the room

Overall everything was good. Staff was very friendly, always offering water when we returned to the hotel. Room had air conditioning and tv with loads of channels. Breakfast served had: bread, fruits, yogurt, sweet pastries, not a great variety, but acceptable. Location: hotel is 15min walking to the colosseum and 5min from the metro. The area close to the Termini station is a bit dangerous, but the hotel is a few streets away from the station, so it’s fine

Lift only fits 2 at a time (which wasn’t really an issue). Breakfast: Bread has very hard

The hotel was clean and well-kept. the staff were friendly and helpful, they speak English so it was simple for us which is a very helpful, The room was comfortable, brekfast simple but did the job. good location, just a short walk from Termini station, which made getting around the city very easy. the place is very lively with plenty of restaurants and shop nearby. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.

Honestly, nothing in particular, everything was ok during my stay with my family, we had a pleasant experience overall.

I was a solo female traveller and cant say enough about the helpful staff in this hotel. They went beyond the call of duty to answer my numerous questions and one of them even walked me to a local restaurant so I wouldnt get lost!! They were unbelievably helpful. This hotel is only a few streets away from the main rail station but there is also a Metro on their street which brought me straight to the Vatican stop.

Rooms are probably a bit basic but the realistic price and helpful staff make up for this!

Absolutely everything was perfect - the staff were exceptional, the location was perfect and close to both Rome Termini and many restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the Colosseum. Immediately outside the hotel you will find lots of bars and restaurants. I can’t fault this hotel and it was very good value for money. The highlight of the stay was the friendliness of the staff. From the moment I checked in to the time I left, they were all friendly, helpful and kind. I can’t wait to return in a few weeks!
