daily cleaning at noon, owner helpful. I forgot my second phone from the nightstand, it was sent at my request , two days later I already had it

Great location close to Rome terminal and Metro. Very comfortable bed with a nice shower. Everyday staff cleaned the bedroom. Good breakfast with milk, juice, bread and fresh cakes. Nice coffee shops and restaurants around.

- The room is cleaned every day. - Breakfast was good - Bathroom and toilet was clean - Staff was nice - The room was renovated and had air conditioning, with a small balcony. - The quality/price ratios is really high and it is highly recommended. - The location was good, it was near the central Roma train station and close to the metro station.

The room looked very nice, cosy and very clean and the bed was very confortable. The staff was very kind and responsive to our requests. The location is excellent, close to Termini train station and Santa Maria Maggiore and within walking distance to the Colloseum

Everything was ok

The accomodation was clean, decent breakfast. The fact that is near the Termini station was a plus for us as we had to leave at 4 in the morning to the airport.

The neighborhood is sketchy and dirty, doesn't look like a place where you can go for walks after dark.
