I’m so glad we chose to stay at this place in Rome! A few days before the trip, some negative reviews popped up on Booking, so I was worried. But the reality exceeded all my expectations! The rooms are located in a historic building, within walking distance of the train station, the city center, and the Colosseum. There are many small shops nearby with fair prices, as well as some cozy Asian restaurants. The room was very clean, with high-quality furniture, a perfect mattress, and a choice of pillows — both firm and soft. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The elevator is old (as expected in a historic building!), but fully functional. The staff was friendly and pleasant. We were allowed to leave our suitcases for a few hours after check-out. Next time I’m in Rome, I’ll definitely stay here again! I can't comment on the breakfast, as we booked without it.

Was looking for a convenient location close to the train station and all the main sights, and this place was just perfect! The room itself was excellent – cozy, bright, and modern (which is very important to me, since my previous stays in other hotels in Rome were far from positive). I especially loved the shower – minimalist and pleasant. Everything here is made with love.♡ There is great attention to detail: in the bedroom area, cute glasses; in the bathroom, everything you might need – soap, toothbrushes, shower caps, cotton swabs, even a razor, so I didn’t have to rush out shopping for essentials. Maybe adding a pack of tissues would make it an even more perfect set :D The view from the window was lovely, and the calm tones of the bedroom were a huge plus. I’m really happy I stayed here and would gladly come back again. The host and the boutique staff welcomed us with great friendliness and even made us coffee ☕️, which was just perfect after a long and tiring trip ♡. They were polite yet never intrusive – for me, the ideal combination.

As for the minor difficulties (not the hotel’s fault): the entrance downstairs, especially for two women in the evening, felt a bit intimidating because of the people lingering around the train station area. And maybe, the big bunch of keys for all the hotel doors seemed a little heavy for a lady’s handbag :D But honestly, these are just tiny details!

This is a great location is you are arriving by train. It's a nice street just steps from Santa Maria Maggiore and there is a metro stop right out front. I was very happy to see the Italian coffee machine in the foyer and made myself a coffee in the morning. The room was nice and comfortable, the shower was excellent! I appreciated the extras like a toothbrush in case you forgot yours. Those toiletries were a really nice touch. It was a great room for a really good price. Excellent value!

I wish there had been more instructions on how to find the room (it was on the 4th floor of a building, that I found it hard to access. If there had just been some instructions, such as: come to the address, push the buzzer, go in to the elevator and you will find us on the 4th floor". I arrived 10 minutes early so no one was there, so I was left to wait in the hallway and it was confusing.

The apartment was great — we stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The breakfast was delicious, the staff very friendly, and the check-in process clear and easy. The location had good accessibility and transport connections, with the metro and bus stops nearby. Everything was clean. We liked everything. I also saw many people mention thin walls and noise, but in our case everything was fine. A very pleasant stay. For breakfast, there was a choice of sandwiches, croissants, coffee or juices, various sweets, and fruits. Breakfast could be ordered between 8 and 10 a.m., and it was delivered straight to the room within 15 minutes. If we needed anything, we could always ask in the kitchen or at the reception. Also, when we needed an iron, it was brought to our room. I highly recommend these apartments.

Cute Boutique hotel located close the the train station & Colosseum. Everything was clean and staff was very friendly. We really enjoyed the included breakfast delivered to the room. For the value, I would stay here again while passing thru. We loved getting to walk to the Colosseum on our last evening in the city.

The building is old and thus it has very small elevator--this is normal in Italy tho. Just something to be noted. Our AC kept the room very cool but made a loud noise periodically, think it just needed a bit of upkeep. If you have mobility issues or lots of luggage, you may struggle here. Rooms are small and lot of steps, small walkways. That said, we found our stay lovely and location is great.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful, location is good about 10 minutes walk from Colloseum. We had issues with our initial booking and the stay was cut one night short, we booked Domus as last minute resort for somewhere to stay and thankfully the staff were extremely accommodating, we gained access to to the room at around 11am and only booked 5 minutes prior meaning we could drop our bags and continue with our trip to Rome. In the morning we had a lovely breakfast before heading off, good selection of food and fresh coffee, for the price there is not much more you can ask for.

It was a great stay overall. The location of the property is pretty nice. It is inside an old building close by to the Rome train terminal but the facilities are very modern. The place has good AC that is controllable within each room. There is free water and coffee that are present in the entrance. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds are also comfortable. The bathrooms are nice and clean. The Wifi is good.

Everything was good overall. Better directions and communication for moving in would be great considering that was the only issue I had.

Room was super cozy and clean. Host were very helpful with information about our request and questions. We enjoyed Italian breakfast and coffee. Location is great - if you want to explore Rome by walking then this is the right choice. You get to the Colosseum or Fontana Di Trevi very easy and fast. Totally recommend.

Checking in was confusing since we didn’t have specific instructions how to access the main entrance door. We rang the doorbell and no one answered to open the door. Luckily we ran into the front desk person and he let us in. The main entrance door is located next to the international food store.

The staff was very nice and helpful, friendly to guests. Location in a quiet neighborhood, a good starting point for walking around Rome, but also close to the metro station and Roma Termini station (including transportation to the airport). Continental breakfast in a nearby bar (which means for us it's more like a second breakfast :)), where a very friendly and always smiling lady works. Rooms are very small, but clean and with comfortable beds - just right for a weekly stay of two or three people. We recommend it, especially to people who come to Rome for sightseeing and need a good place for an overnight stay.
