I appreciated all of the usual aspects--cleanliness, view, quiet. But the thing that made the biggest impact on me was the personal nature of the place. That staff's communication was kind, specific, and accommodating. A staff member provided a good breakfast selection, including protein like prosciutto, eggs, and yogurt. If I return to Rome, I'll return to this place.

This is just a suggestion for the front door to the street: It would be great if the timing on it could be quicker, so it could close about 15 seconds faster. (This also may not be under their control; it's probably a whole building thing.)

Cute little B&B, only 4 nicely renovated units, with working HVAC. Very quiet (our unit was facing the inside area). Host was very sweet, making sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast ist Espresso or Cappuccino made by the host between 8:30 and 10, juice and more typical Italian food (croissant, bread, meats and cheese). Things in walking distance: 10 minutes from Termini, 15 minutes from the Colosseum. Multiple restaurants and supermarket within a couple of minutes. Check in procedure will be sent the day prior to arrival. Just follow instructions and have a phone where you can call an Italian number as part of the check in. 3 photos attached (Road in front of B&B, Breakfast area, view from breakfast area)

The B&B is located in the main train station district which is considered not the safest one in Rome. Lots of homeless people and petty crimes. Nothing major if keep your things close to your side. This is the case all over Rome, especially at tourist spots, just more obvious close to the train station. Having said that, the next time I'm in Rome I'll stay at this B&B again.

B&B A Home In Rome was very clean & comfortable. Our hosts were friendly & helpful. Breakfast included was delicious & in a lovely eating area overlooking the street. We caught the Leonardo Express train from Rome Fiumicino Airport into Rome Termini Train Station. The accommodation was an easy 20 minute walk from there. Also an easy 15 minute walk to the Colosseum. The lovely Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica was just down the street. So were many lovely cafe’s.

Nothing.

The location very close to Termini station and the Colosseum(15 minutes on foot) ,not far away city center .There is a market under same building. The room looks street and i couldnt hear any noise while the window closed. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is quite good according to a standart Italian breakfast.(it includes many alternatives food).

The bathroom was narrow and small but good cleaned. My bed was near the bathroom and it has some smell of damp when the bathroom door is opened.

- we had everything we needed - the host was amazing, both of them seemed like genuinely very nice people (last day of our staying I was feeling very unwell and they were nice enough to let us stay until our flight) - the location was good - it was not far from the city centre and the train station, but also it wasn’t in the dodgy area around the train station (even though the area around the building didn’t feel very safe, we had no issues) - easy to access the accommodation, very well secured - you had coffee shops and shops near by (there’s a small shop right near the entrance of the building if you want to buy some basics) - the bed was nice (an extra duvet would have been useful - it was a bit cold for me at night)

- there was a constant smell in the room (I think it was from the bathroom) - we tried to keep the windows open all day but it felt like not much air was coming in - the bathroom was small (it was enough for me, but it was a bit uncomfortable for my partner)

I had an amazing 5 days at this hotel. The location is perfect- within easy reach of major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, a great way to start the day. My room was spotless, well-maintained, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

I'm so glad i chose to stay in b&b a home in Rome, everything was above my expectations. The location is just perfect for walking to all the sightseeings and also very close to train and metro station, though Rome is a city that you must walk to enjoy, but you get very easy from the airport. The rooms are super clean, and equipped with everything you need. The breakfast is just a great way to start your day wit lots of options, i drink only dekaf and they offered with a smile to make me one in the morning, you don't usually find dekaf in hotels and b&b. The neighbourhood has anything you need from coffe, super markets, eating and it's also very quite. And last but not least the hosts, great people that you can communicate and help you with everything you need. Thank you so much for making our stay in Rome so comfortable, definetely will be my first choice in my next visit to the eternal city!

Location was ideal as it was close to the main train station. Metro station was also close by although we never used it. Within walking distance to the Colosseum and plenty of restaurants to choose from within close proximity. There was plenty to choose from at breakfast which gave us a good start to the day. The host was very friendly.

I liked how close it was to the Main train station and the Colosseum where both were about 15 minute walks either way.

There was only one sheet per bed to use for warmth, since for some reason the AC unit wouldn't change settings. For some reason it would go to the lowest setting. I do enjoy cold rooms however it was freezing. I didn't let the hostess know since I only saw her once and forgot to mention it, so could be user error ie myself.

Great location, close to Termini, easy to reach everything in the city. Very friendly hosts. Good breakfast, comfy beds, water in the fridge. High level of security with the codes and keys. Wifi was stable.

The bathroom could be a bit bigger, I hit my elbows a few times. I know it's the characteristics of these kind of Italian apartments, so not a real complaint :)
