The room was nice and spacious, big bathroom, everything very clean. Location also great, walking distance from everything.

The check in process is unnecessarily complicated and it wasted lots of our time and roaming credits for texting back and forth. We agreed to leave the luggage in the morning, waited for twenty minutes in the pouring rain, no one showed up. In the afternoon for the check in, we agreed to announce our arrival an hour in advance, still no one showed up, spent another half hour waiting until we got a call with instructions on how to get inside the apartment.

The treatment that has been offered by Marina is just GREAT! She shows a great commitment to make my holidays the best possible. She got in touch with me before my arrivals providing all the details that I needed, gave all suggestions to go and to eat nearby and in Rome as a whole and was very helpful in all eventual needs that I had.

San Vito Suites was a really comfortable experience. The location is incredible - it's right next to a lot of traditional Roman restaurants and obviously near the Colosseum, shopping, and everything that's usually needed when you're a tourist in another city. The host is a very friendly person who was extremely helpful, even despite our late check-in, and in supporting our needs throughout the time we were there. A big benefit of this place is that it has very good safety and security, including a lift, so that you know you're not struggling with your suitcases. These may seem like small things, but in a place like Rome, it's incredibly important that you feel safe and comfortable, and this place achieved both.

Location is great, close to everything (train,bus,restaurants). The host marina is very accomodating. Room clean and big. Just make it sure to communicate to the customer service host when you arrive so they can help you on how to get the apartment.

We booked double room with balcony and there was a giant wardrobe and plenty of storage space, large bathroom, AC, hair dryer, cattle, small fridge.. Marina is a great host, she provided some useful info and was very helpful. Also we could leave our luggage before check in since we arrived earlier and checked in as soon as cleaning service was done. There was no iron at first but she provided one within a few hours when we asked. Entire place is very clean and smells nice, cleaning service comes every two days. Short walk to Colosseum, Monti and Termini station. Taxi to Ciampino ~30e using FreeNow

I think there were only 3 power plugs and they are placed very low, and cattle has really short cable. Not really a problem for us, we spent entire time outside or on the balcony, only needing them to charge our phones and brew a morning coffee. Bed has kinda weak construction which creaks but it was very comfortable, we slept like a babies.

The room was very pleasant and perfectly clean. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. The location is excellent – there are plenty of nice restaurants and cafes nearby, and all the main tourist attractions are within walking distance. The staircase and the elevator have a charming, atmospheric feel that adds to the experience.

Metro station is almost at the exit, so very convenient to travel across city. The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, check in and check out was very easy, you can do it even without the host.

San Vito is a greatly located place for everyone who tend to leave for the whole day to explore the city. It’s very close to the train station, but also distanced enough to make you feel comfortable in the area. Yes, there are some people on the street that may appear unpleasant, but during our almost week-long stay, we have never been distracted by anyone. There are a lot of homeless persons in the city in general, not just in the area of San Vito. The apartment gives you a chance to feel like a Roman, as there are not many hotels and tourist places around, rather everyday neighbourhood places, which was lovely! Our room was clean, with new furnishings, noisy but comfortable bed and a balcony with an amazing view to wake up to. I highly suggest booking it, just to enjoy your mornings out there. Air conditioning working perfectly every night and was very useful, as the street gets noisy especially in the mornings, so it would be hard to sleep with an open window. Water pressure in the shower could be better, but if you visit Italy more often, you probably know this is not something unusual, the same goes with noisy pipes in old buildings. Getting ear plugs to Rome is always a good idea ;) Last but not least: the amazing host! Marina was super helpful and kind since the very beginning, till our check out when we were able to leave our bags for the whole day in the apartment’s hall.

The owner was amazing and gave us alot of much needed information and guidance on things todo and places to eat. The room was very clean and we felt very safe.
