The location is fantastic. Silvio is a gentleman. The rooms are cosy but comfortable. Rooms are as per the photos described. Italian breakfast is served with bread, fruits, yoghurt, beverages. The metro station is 2 mins away and railway station is 6 mins away. The room was cleaned everyday. WiFi speed amazing!

Everything was good but you could hear noises from the corridor, reception and breakfast area through our room's main door. The room door might need better sound proofing. In our room, the shower holder was loose, thus making the shower head turn towards the wall rather than water falling on us. I am sure this could be fixed easily though.

From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome and well taken care of. Everything you need is in the room, including a lockable safe, which was very handy. It's just a 7-minute walk to the main train station and 3 minutes to a bus stop that takes you to all the major sights in Rome. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard. Breakfast was a lovely treat each morning, with fresh, delicious pastries. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. We were given a great map on arrival, and everything was explained clearly, including what to see and how to get there. A wonderful stay.

The hosts were sure friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, walking distance from the Colluseum and many other things, as well as the central train station. Rooms and bathrooms were a good size for the mid City location.

The mattresses were both very uncomfortable and our. springs had seen better days. We did not sleep well the first night. To their credit, when we mentioned this to our hosts, they admitted they had ordered new mattresses but they just hadn't arrived due to holidays. They went the extra mile supplying soft blankets and laying them under the sheets for us. The new mattresses arrived for the last day. Hooray!

Clean room in a good location 10 minute walk from Termini. It had a small fridge, wardrobe with coat hangers, double bed, desk area, good quality air con, and good washroom with shower. The room was quite small but big enough for a short stay. Lovely people running it who will help you at every opportunity.

It is a small property so it has an intimate feel. The sound proofing from inside the hotel is not great so you can hear breakfast being served and the family up early so maybe bring ear buds. Bed was on the harder side but not bad.

Location - Was excellent given it was close to the Roma termini station and thus automatically well connected to the airport and the other tourist attractions. The room cleaning was excellent. At the end of the day we came back to a clean and fresh room . Breakfast was basic with good coffee and some pastry . The front desk staff and their pet dog were all really nice. Value for money

It can get warm during the night time as the air conditioning isn't powerful enough / placed in the wrong end of the room. Minor issue and we managed by opening the windows.

I like how it was clean and organized everyday, very kind and helpful staff, the location so close to Termini station (7min on foot), 20 minutes from colosseo and 25 from Trevi, close to Metro and bus station, live neighborhood with bars and restaurants, very easy but sufficient sweet breakfast everymorning, even though on main street you don't hear anything during the night, comfortable bed and ofcourse the main reason for me to go back pipa🐶 their cute little dog on the property that it was the sweetest little thing

Only what they could improve maybe put more light in the room or yellow light since white light doesn't have so much power, and a little bit noise from corridor when they prepare breakfast but only if your room is close to the kitchen( but who wants to sleep a lot while traveling? ;) Wake up and use your day) thank you for everything

Location was close enough to Termini station where you are able to walk. Great European breakfast included, friendly and accommodating staff. Gave us a map and recommendations for Rome for our stay.

The room was very small with little room for our bags, but that’s normal for Rome. Also the hotel in itself is small with only (I think 7-9 rooms). The hallway leading to the rooms is small and when people chatter or laugh in the lobby it travels. Sound proofing the doors would be helpful.

I enjoyed the location; the administration was very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was simple yet delightful. Many tourist attractions are nearby and within walking distance. Balcony was a great plus as well!

Our room was next to security/owner I think, and the door noise occasionally disturbed our sleep, though this may only be an issue in the first room. There’s some night noise, so light sleepers may want to prepare, and an extra warm blanket would have been a nice addition.

location was excellent, right infront of one or the 4 major Basilicas in Rome. could easily sleep 4 people, full working kitchen and also had ample street parking if u had a car. good breakfast with croissant, coffee and little bit of fruit etc. good enough to start your day. good value for the money. close to Termini station and bus stops.

check in process could have been slightly smoother
