The property is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the Colosseum, making it a great location. The bed is very comfortable, but the water pressure in the shower could be improved. For those arriving by car, parking is available on the street at a rate of €1 per hour. However, it seems that parking tickets are not checked by the police very frequently, so this may not always be a concern.

Suncity is close to every important must-see things. Those who choose this accommodation probably likes to walk and get to know the city by themselves, so this is why its important that from this place, you CAN! Genevé was also kind, and available if we had any quastions. Totally recommended for mid/low budget travellers!

They could have gave us mugs or bigger cups to drink from (they had but just small ones).

Good location - close to the termini station and only a ten minute walk to the colosseum. Very clean and good sized room - comfiest bed ever! Host was excellent at communicating as we did self check in. Lovely to have tea and coffee facilities in the common area - and biscuits! Great to have a good air con system!!

As I am a fairly light sleeper, the road outside the window was quite loud and did wake me up a few times. Me and my partner are quite tall so the shower was a bit too small for us. Although the room is in a good location for the colosseum, it is a good 30 minute walk to the rest of the tourist areas (Trevi fountain, Pantheon etc), which is fine for us as we are keen walkers but good to keep in mind!

Host was amazing with the best communication we have ever had! Quick responses through WhatsApp and personalised touch on arrival was really appreciated. Easy access to all the main sights we didn’t get a metro once

Only downside it is on a main road so nosey at night but the mattress is hands down the comfiest thing we have ever slept on (so still got a good nights sleep)

This apartment is very well located, extremely close to the main train station and very close to Rome metro system for getting around rome. (Metro is around 7-10 euros for an all day ticket). Many of the sights in Rome are within easy walking distance from the hotel. The room is very clean, a little small however it was a perfect size as we were barely in the room as out exploring the sights and eating the local food and drink! The communal area is very clean with tea and coffee and a fridge freezer. The host met us on arrival and welcomed us to our room.

The bathroom in our room was quite small however was still very good.

The two major positives are the location and the price. 15 minute walk from the Colosseum and close to the metro station that takes you to all the top attractions, factor in that the room is also comfortable and has a decent level of facilities. You cannot go wrong. The owner was also brilliant. Great comms throughout and there if we needed anything.

Considering the cost of the accomodation my only real gripe was with the shower. It was tiny, if you are over 6ft you would need to be a gymnast to use it and furthermore the water pressure wasn't great, took an age to heat up. Also, but this was just our preference, I thought the mattress was too soft.

The B&B Is roughly 20 minutes walk from Colosseo and all the main attractions good connection with Metro A & B (underground), 5 minutes walk from Termini station, so, far enough from the dodgy area situated all around the train station. Personally I really liked the bed and the mattress was very soft. Is been nice to have availability of coffe, tea, biscuits and cakes in the common space. The owner if contacted has been always helpful.

The shower was taking very long time in order to get hot water. The handle of the window was a bit tricky, and difficult to use.

The room was clean and spacious. Very easy and fast communication with the host. Coffee, biscuits and water are available at the lobby. Close to many amenities and to the metro.

After a day roaming in Rome we slept well but not ideal for light sleepers since it's a very noisy road.

Great price and location, bed was good but the mattress was very soft. Very clean and nice little touch of coffee machine and biscuits.

Our room was right on the road side, very noisy and low level so felt overlooked.

The location was amazing. The room was cozy and the bathroom was really nice.
