It was so clean and nice, I had a feeling that I was in the 4* hotel. Staff were very friendly and polite, in the morning they surprised us with a fresh and warm food from bakery (breakfast wasn’t included). Room was cleaned every day, new bottles of water was added every day (free of charge), as well as coffee and snacks. To summarize, great experience, would recommend.

Everything was great and very comfortable. Although breakfast wasn’t officially provided, the staff kindly brought us pastries in the morning. The air conditioning was a real lifesaver during the hot days. The room was very clean and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, I can say the same about pillows. There was also a lounge area where you can heat up food, make yourself some tea, and there’s even a coffee machine available – a really nice touch that made our stay even more convenient. We had a really pleasant stay!

One thing to keep in mind – the walls are a bit thin, so you can hear what’s going on in the neighboring rooms or the hallway. Luckily, our neighbors were very quiet, so it wasn’t an issue for us. Still, something to note if you're a light sleeper. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

When I arrived in front of the Santamaggiore I felt some fear because the entrance is not nice, a bit hidden, in fact it is not a hotel. I became really comfortable when we get into the room, very good.

The only negative point was when I asked for more 2 nights, the responsible for the reception discussed with his coleague about the possibility (in italian) and they agreed 400 Euros for the next 2 nights, suddenly when started again talking in English he told me 500 Euros. I PAYED 179 EUROS FOR THE FIRST NIGHT. They didn't know I understand italian, so I told him, pls. don't do it. I prefer to leave in this condition. The receptionist which works in the second shift looks like he thinks only in making money.

Very close to Termini station. We stayed one night, it was ok and had everything we needed. Manager was helpful. The room was clean, air conditioning working, no bad smells in the shower. We received sweet snack in the morning, enjoyed it with a free coffee at hotel. There were some free items in the fridge too.

It was a bit hard to find entrance door. It is on 2C building, golden door with glass. Maybe picture of the entrance could help for guests to find hotel easily. There was some noise from street, but for one night not a big problem.

Great location, a few minutes from the subway station and the Termini train terminal (very handy for an early flight), within walking distance from a lot of major sites. The rooms were clean, some pastries were provided every morning for breakfast, the staff was nice.

Soundproofing of the rooms is really bad - we could hear someone loudly snoring in the next room every night.

Everything from the beginning was amazing. We found the place without any issues. The people working at the reception were awesome and available for help/recommendations. Every morning you get a small breakfast free of charge and we thought that was super cute. The apartment is clean and with a great view. They were regular with changing the bedding and towels. You also get everything you need in the bathroom. The property is 5 minutes walking from Termini Station (train, bus, and metro station) and next to Basilica di Santa Maria. There's also a bus station next to the apartment. This will probably be our choice if we visit Rome again.

This is not technically about the apartment itself but about the area where it is located. The property is near the station and it is a bit spooky to walk around at night. Everyone will warn you about pickpockets in this area, but keep in mind to never walk alone after 9pm.

The apartment is small, but you have everything you need. They clean room and change towels every day. There is a coffee machine and you get some pastries and water in the morning. You can leave your bags before chek in and after chek out time. Everyone are very nice and helpful. It's good location, close to the metro, bus and train stations, 20 minutes walk to the Colosseum and city center. We would chose same apartment again.

Maybe little loud, because of the traffic.

Throughout my stay, I was consistently impressed with the exceptional service and warm hospitality provided by your staff. In particular, I would like to commend Diana for her exemplary care and attention. Her dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction did not go unnoticed. Diana's professionalism and genuine kindness truly enhanced our overall experience. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, the entire staff exhibited a level of service that exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and the welcoming atmosphere contributed to making my stay truly enjoyable. I want to extend my gratitude to everyone , and especially to Diana, for making my time at the hotel memorable and delightful. It is evident that your team values customer satisfaction, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you once again for providing such an exceptional experience.

It was exactly what we expected. Very conveniently located a few blocks from Termini train station, which also has an amazing food court with a grand variety of food.

We lost power, but not to fret it was only for 10 minutes. Apparently it happens all over town.

Very good location near train station. Helpful staff. Nice that the content of fridge (some drinks and snacks) is included in room price. Some fresh pastry is brought for breakfast too.

If you arrive after later at night you have to pay extra for the staff to wait for you. This depending on your arrival time may become quite expensive. This could be so easily solved by installing safe deposit boxes for key self-pick-up as most other apartments do.
