It's like a home away from home. There are 3 rooms - Grey, White and the Suite, plus a large hallway, dining area and kitchen. Kitchen is equipped with all the necessary stuff - dishes, glasses, a dishwasher, wine openers, fridge (where it's clearly marked which section is dedicated for which room). We stayed in Grey Room, which had a big bed, tv, closet, safe, air conditioning and a bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, sink and big mirror. The heating was turned on for the night, plus there was an extra blanket so we were not cold. Monica, the host, was very helpful, provided all the necessary information on check in, route from airport and also a lot of tips on local attractions, hidden places, restaurants etc. It was possible to leave the luggage in the place after check out time. Check in and check out is contactless, you are given codes to the apartment. Location is absolutely great - close to Termini main station, 5 min walk away from numerous caffees and bars, a beautiful church, a supermarket, about 15 min walk from the Colosseum.

Excellent location. Short walking distance away from Rome Termini. Could easily walk to Rome highlights due to its central location. We were welcomed by Monica, who immediately made us feel at home. The room was ready even though we arrived before the check-in time. The room and bathroom were very clean. Got very helpful tips from the host, and she was always prompt to answer our difficulties. Highly recommend. Will surely stay in this place again when we'll visit Rome again.

I had a pleasant stay at these apartments. The location is excellent — very close to Termini train station, which made getting around the city and to/from the airport very convenient. There's also a good supermarket nearby, and just around the corner is the beautiful Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore, well within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were easy to follow with clear instructions provided via WhatsApp. I really appreciated the shared kitchen and fridge — it was convenient to cool down drinks and have a light snack now and then. The room was generally clean and comfortable.

However, the air conditioning could be improved — it struggled to keep the room cool during the hot days. Opening the window wasn’t the best option either, as it faces a busy main street and can get quite noisy. Still, considering the building is historic, the limitations in infrastructure are understandable.

The location was absolutely perfect — everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, which made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. We didn’t need to rely on public transport at all. The room itself was clean and very spacious, exactly as shown in the photos. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even though there is an air conditioner in the room, we didn’t need to use it since the weather was pleasant and the evenings were cool enough to sleep comfortably without it. But temperatures are expected to rise now so it js nice feature to have in the room. Monica was an exceptional host — warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful from the very beginning. Before our arrival, she sent us a detailed list of recommendations for places to visit, eat, and explore, which was super useful and helped us make the most of our time in the city. During our stay, she was always available for any questions or help we needed, and she responded within just a few minutes every time, which made us feel very supported and taken care of. All in all, we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The room including the bathroom is clean and modern. We didn't have neighbors the first few days so it was quiet. We liked the location being just a 4 minute walk to the terminal. Also there were a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Monica, have been very nice at suggesting places to eat and go and she was in contact our whole stay just to make sure we have what we needed.

For the room-the pillows are too soft. We would have liked to have more bath towels since we used the same ones for our whole stay. It would have been nice if there was a box of tissue also. Just those small touches. Also, though it is close to the Terminal, we didn't know how to navigate that so we took taxis to go to places which could get expensive. Also, there was a miscommunication our first day when we check-in. It was resolved but I suggest to make sure to communicate before the trip to avoid misunderstandings. The rooms should have the names to avoid confusion.

Perfect location, very close to the Termini Station, Collosseum, metro station etc. The room was spacious, nice and clean. Monica is a great host, she provided us with a lot of tips for sights, events, restaurants etc. The check in and check out was organised very well. We really appreciated the possibility to keep our luggage in the apartment after check out until the evening for free.

Grey & White is an apartment turned into with 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a small kitchenette in the common area. We stayed 4 nights. You entered the building and the B&B with codes, so we never interacted with anyone on check-in. The best part was they sent very informative emails and included 4 days of walking tours on google docs that we followed and were excellent. That was the best part of our whole trip - included outstanding off-the-beaten-path things and we felt we got to see the less touristy parts of Rome. The B&B is about 4 blocks from Roma Termini, which was convenient for getting buses and trains. It's a very dead area at night, but I never felt unsafe. Overall, great price on a very comfortable, clean and convenient room in Rome. I would stay there again.

The kitchenette didn't have a hot water kettle for tea (that I could find) and the small cook top was confusing to use because the markings were rubbed off. So I used the microwave to heat water in a bowl. You could hear the tram that ran right under the window of the Grey Room, but it didn't bother us too much because the windows were closed (February). If you wanted the windows open, you would hear it quite a bit running late into the night.

Monica responds promptly and is very kind. The bathroom is clean and the room fit our needs. Very close to termini and generally in a safe area! We like that there was a keypad to get inside and then another keypad to get into the apartment.

It was difficult to find the apartment. We ended up having to drop a pin once we eventually found the apartment so we could access it again via google map easily. AC was leaking and noisy. We told Monica about it and she was apologetic and tried her best to take care of it. Can’t be too loud while in your room because technically it is an apartment that the host rents out 3 rooms to different individuals. We met the other individuals and they were kind so it didn’t bother us!

Easy to gain access to the property with the instructions given. Everything we needed for our stay. Very clean. Quite location even though you are very close to the station and the main road with lots of shops and restaurants. Everything was perfect Monica was very informative, sending messages throughout our stay of things to do and see. We needed some help with directions to get somewhere and she was very quick to message with instructions. She allowed us to leave our bags in the apartment as our flight wasn’t until the evening.

The location was the best part being so close to the Rome Termini and many of Romes main attractions. We were able to walk everywhere we needed. The property was as pictured and had all the amenities that were listed (+ extras in the common area if needed). Monica was very responsive with lists of several different recommendations for Rome. The AC was tricky at first, but once we realized there was clear instructions left in the room (silly us) it worked very well considering the high temps.
